摘要: A steering control system includes a plurality of control circuits configured to control a reaction force motor and a turning motor in coordination with one another, the reaction force motor generating a steering reaction force applied to a steering wheel from which power transmission to turning wheels of a vehicle is cut off, the turning motor generating a turning force for turning the turning wheels. When at least one control circuit among the control circuits that are operating normally is reset, the reset control circuit is configured to execute a process for stopping travel of the vehicle upon restarting after completion of the reset.

摘要: A steering control device includes a controller including a drive circuit that performs action for supplying, to a motor, electric power supplied by being connected to at least one of a first and a second power supply. When a connection state of the drive circuit is a state in which electric power is supplied from the first power supply, the connection state is switched by a power supply device to transition to a second state in which electric power is supplied from the second power supply when an abnormality of the first power supply is detected. Moreover, the controller starts an output limiting process of limiting torque outputtable by the motor as compared with before the abnormality of the first power supply is detected, after the abnormality is detected and before switching of the connection state is completed.

摘要: A steering control device includes a first reaction force control circuit and a second reaction force control circuit. Each of the first reaction force control circuit and the second reaction force control circuit are configured to control a reaction force motor, to execute, at a starting time, a preparation process including a process that requires the steering wheel to automatically rotate through the reaction force motor, and to store, at a time of execution completion of the preparation process, information indicating whether the preparation process has been normally completed. In a case where the first reaction force control circuit has been reset, when the information indicates that the preparation process has been normally completed, the first reaction force control circuit that has been rest is configured to not execute the preparation process at a time of restarting after completion of the reset.

摘要: A steering control device is configured to control a steering device that changes a transmission ratio between an operation angle of an operation member and a steering angle of a steerable wheel. The steering control device includes: communication lines for transmitting vehicle speed information; and calculators communicably connected to each other and individually connected to the communication lines. Each calculator calculates the transmission ratio based on the vehicle speed information received via a corresponding one of the communication lines and determines whether the received vehicle speed information is valid. When at least one of the calculators determines that the vehicle speed information is not valid, each calculator changes control for calculating the transmission ratio from a vehicle-speed responsive control in which the transmission ratio is calculated based on the vehicle speed information to a specific control in which the transmission ratio is calculated not based on the vehicle speed information.

The start-up state is a state where it is possible to execute a preparation process, required for making a state transition to the normal control state, by controlling an operation member so as to move automatically. The controller is configured to execute, in the start-up state: a forced-ending condition determination process of determining whether a forced-ending condition showing that the preparation process being executed is to be forcedly ended from start of execution of the preparation process is met; a forced-ending process of forcedly ending the preparation process being executed when the forced-ending condition is met; and a notification process of notifying the driver of forced ending of the preparation process.

摘要: When a DC power source fails, the following controls are performed. The normal control is resumed when an inverter input voltage recovers before a standby period elapses after a power failure time. A power source relay is turned off when the standby period elapses without recovery of the voltage. The power source relay is turned on again when a power source relay off period has elapsed from a turn-off time. The normal control is resumed when the inverter input voltage recovers at the turn-on time. The normal control is resumed when the inverter input voltage recovers before the power source relay on period elapses from the turn-on time. The power source relay is turned off, and driving of the actuator is stopped, when the power source relay on period passes without recovery of the voltage.
