摘要： This invention provides an information sharing system management apparatus which efficiently manages a TV conference without requiring the user to join it. When a terminal A1 is started, a first system acquires information such as the start time, participants, and the like of a video conference system from that video conference system, and transmits the acquired information to a second system on a terminal A0. The second system stores the received information. When the operator inputs a conference record command on the terminal A1, the first system requests the video conference system to send a conference record including speech and the like, and transmits the received conference record to the second system. The second system stores the received conference record. The operator at the terminal A0 can display and observe the conference information and conference record stored by the second system as needed. Such information is updated every required times.

摘要： When a desired field frame is specified on an area of a display in which pages connected in series are displayed in their compressed form, the data in the specified field frame is displayed in a document image display section. When the specified field frame is moved with the use of a previous-page button, a next-page button, a forward-slide button, or a backward-slide button, the data in the moved field frame is displayed in the document image display section. The information concerning the movement of the field frame is transferred to other terminals so that on the white boards of the other terminals, the same processing is performed.

摘要： During an electronic conference, an operator is able to have an independent meeting with a number of the participants of the electronic conference. A conference layer and a side conversation layer are provided. When side conversation is to be started, a member to participate in side conversation is selected from members participating in the conference in the conference layer, and the selected member is moved to a member panel. Upon pressing a start button, a side conversation layer is generated and displayed. Side conversation enables selected members to share information independent of the main conference. A layer select button enables to select either of the conference layer or side conversation layer. A layer copy button enables the copying of an image from the conference layer to the side conversation layer.

摘要： When an object region of data has been assigned through an input unit, an object assigning unit writes the assigned object in a picture surface information region in an assigned object information region. When a cutting command has been input, the assigned region is stored in a nonshared clipboard region or a shared clipboard region according to instruction by the command. A shared clipboard is connected to shared clipboards of other systems via a shared clipboard communication unit. When a position has been assigned and a pasting command has been input, a pasting processing unit takes out data from an assigned clipboard, and connects the data to the assigned position. Thus, an operation of cutting and pasting data between systems is simplified.

摘要： Herein provided is a control system capable of efficiently and assuredly performing a remote-control of a plurality of instruments. When the plurality of instruments, which are connected to a network 600 and controllable by a computer, namely a first camera 300 and a second camera 400 as shown in FIG. 1, are remotely and simultaneously controlled, the present system is constituted so that a control right of the second camera 400 acquired by a certain client enables the client to control even the first camera while disenables other clients except for the client which acquires the control right to control both the first camera 300 and second camera 400. Accordingly, it turns unnecessary to individually acquire all of the control rights to control the related instruments, first camera 300 and the second camera 400.

摘要： In an image sensing system where a camera apparatus and a client device are connected for controlling the camera apparatus by the client device, the client device displays and arbitrarily shifts a predetermined size of detection area in an object image sensed by the camera apparatus, enabling to quickly perform camera parameter control, such as focus adjustment or the like, based on image signals of the detection area, with a small amount of transferring data. Moreover, detection areas of a sensed image are synthesized by controlling camera parameters for each of the detection areas so as to optimize camera parameters for all of the areas in the object image.
