摘要： Evacuated and heat-sealed bags, made of polyethylene film laminated to polyethylene or polypropylene fabric containing stretched and oriented fibres, are used to enclose foodstuffs such as dressed poultry, and are uniformly shrunk around their contents by immersion in liquid at about 100 DEG C. Such bags maintain their strength at refrigeration temperatures.
