Abstract: This disclosure is directed to an extreme ultraviolet radiation photometer which includes a special type window and cathode suitable for permitting radiation to penetrate the window which reacts with the cathode to produce electrons which are attracted to the window and produces a current flow which is measured to represent the radiation detected.
