    摘要: A rotor (1) comprising a plurality of alternating magnetic poles formed by permanent magnets (3) distributed regularly between a circumferential portion (5) and a central portion (6) of the magnetic body (2) of the rotor and defining circumferential pole sections (7). The pole sections have a pre-determined pole pitch (Thetarho) and comprise a lobe-forming radial section (8). The lobe-forming radial section partially covers the magnets, such as to maximize a useful magnetic flux (PhiU) flowing radially through each of the pole sections and to minimize a leakage magnetic flux flowing through the circumferential portion. The pole sections can have a pre-determined pole overlap angle (Thetar) such as to maximize the useful magnetic flux (PhiU) and to minimize the leakage magnetic flux (PhiL), said overlap angle (Thetar) being a viewing angle of the lobe (8) from a point on the axis of the rotor.

    摘要: A rotor for an electric machine comprises a central core, arms extending radially relative to the core, these arms each comprising two rims extending on either side of the arms, permanent magnets positioned inside housings that are delimited by opposing lateral faces of adjacent arms, an outer face of the core extending between adjacent arms, and the rims of the arms of the rotor. Plates made from a material more flexible than the permanent magnets are positioned between the rims of the arms and the face of the permanent magnet facing away from the axis of the rotor to hold the magnets. The plate having, in the axial direction, a height close to the height of the permanent magnets, the ratio between the width of the plate and that of the magnet being between 0.9 and 1.1, without being equal to 1.

A dimensional ratio of a first outer diameter (D1) of the rotor (1) to a second outer diameter (D2) of the stator (11) is pre-determined so that the motor provides optimum efficiency. The dimensional ratio is pre-determined in such a way that the stator losses by Joule effect are reduced to a minimum. The synchronous electric motor is employed in electric compressors for motor vehicles.

    摘要: The rotor comprises of a plurality of alternating north poles (N) and south poles (S) formed from a plurality of permanent magnets (3) having a radial polygonal section and arranged in first recesses (4). These first recesses extend axially and are distributed regularly between a circumferential portion (5) and a central portion (6) of the magnetic mass (2) of the rotor in such a way as to define a plurality of circumferential polar sections (10). The radial section comprises a substantially rectangular portion (8) next to the circumferential portion adjacent to a substantially trapezoidal portion (7) next to the central portion. The rotor has a ratio (R) between a first height (h) of the trapezoidal portion and a second height (H) of the rectangular portion, in a radial direction, is predetermined in such a way as to maximize the efficiency of the electric machine.
