    摘要: A sealing device seals a pressure or vacuum zone in a roller with a perforated roller sleeve that rotates relative to the sealing device. A sealing strip and a format limiter seal the pressure or vacuum zone. The sealing strip has a lubricant opening formed as an upwardly open depression. A sealing face of the sealing strip and of the format limiter brace against the roller sleeve, and the roller sleeve runs onto the sealing strip at the front end and runs off the sealing strip at the rear end. A lubricant opening of a second type which is open toward the upper side, but not toward the end side against which the format limiter is placed, and/or a lubricant opening of a third type is upwardly open and toward that end side against which the format limiter is placed, and/or at least in portions no lubricant opening is provided.

    摘要: A roller has a movable roller sleeve and a positive-pressure or negative-pressure zone inside the roller sleeve. The zone is sealed outwardly by a sealing installation with at least one sealing strip. The sealing strip in the radial direction of the roller is movable from the roller toward the inner side and away therefrom and the sealing strip has a lubricant outlet opening connected to a supply line for delivering lubricant to between the inner side of the roller sleeve and the sealing face. The supply line includes one part running within the sealing strip and one part running outside the sealing strip but within the roller. The part of the supply line within the roller, on its length which is routed outside the sealing strip, includes a first portion that is longer than a second line portion. The second line portion is more flexural than the first line portion.

The method includes the steps of: a. flowing a fluid through a measurement area of a roller shell, wherein either the pressure or the throughflow speed of the fluid is kept constant; b. determining a characteristic variable, wherein the characteristic variable includes the resulting throughflow speed in the case of a throughflow at a constant pressure and of the resulting pressure drop in the case of the measurement at a constant throughflow speed; c. providing one or more reference variables; and d. determining a degree of contamination of the suction roller by way of comparison of the characteristic variable with the reference variable or variables.

    摘要: A sealing device seals a pressure or vacuum zone of a roller having a roller sleeve which is movable in relation to the sealing device. The sealing device has a sealing strip with an upper side forming a sealing face and a lubricant channel adjoining the sealing face and is formed by at least one groove-type depression in the sealing strip, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the sealing strip. When the sealing device is installed, the sealing face and the opening of the groove-type depression face toward the inner side of the roller sleeve. The lubricant channel is hooked up to a supply line which at least in portions runs within the sealing strip and delivers lubricant between the inner side of the roller sleeve and the sealing face. The sealing strip, at each of its two ends, has a wall delimiting the lubricant channel in its length.
