摘要: Disclosed are methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums which provide for customer chatbots that detect a customer handoff condition and in response, transferring the customer to a communication session with a live agent. The handoff condition may comprise an inability to understand the customer, an inability to answer the customer's question, expressions of frustration or anger on the part of the customer, a customer's express request to be transferred, or the like. The live agent may receive a complete history of the conversation with the chatbot so that the customer does not have to repeat him or herself to the live agent. The chatbot chat session may be linked to a social networking account of the customer and may take place in association with a social networking profile page of the company.

摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for completing an action requested by a customer are described herein. A requested action is received from the customer. A customer task for completion of the requested action to be performed by the customer is identified. An interaction board is generated that is accessible by the customer and accessible an employee associated with a provider. The interaction board is displayable via a graphical user interface and includes the customer task. An indication is received from the customer that the customer task has been completed prior to a customer interaction. The interaction board is updated to indicate that the customer task has been completed prior to the customer interaction. Information associated with the requested action is received from a customer device during the customer interaction. The interaction board is updated to include the information received from the customer device during the customer interaction.

摘要: Systems and methods for mutual authentication of a user and a container administrator computer system. A container administrator computer system receives a request from a mobile computing device for a user to access a secure container. The request includes a user identifier. The administrator system receives a first authentication factor corresponding to the user. The administrator system authenticates the user by verifying that the first authentication factor matches a first reference authentication factor associated with the user identifier. The administrator system sends a second authentication factor associated with the administrator system to a human-machine interface associated with the secure container or the mobile computing device. The administrator system receives a notification of authentication of the administrator system using the authentication factor. The administrator system transmits an unlock signal to unlock the secure container.

摘要: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for executing a transaction via a locker. A seller is provided initial access to the locker to deposit a good in the locker. The seller deposits the good in the locker. Following the seller depositing the good in the locker, the seller's access is revoked, and the buyer is provided access to the locker. The buyer may then arrive at the locker and provide authentication information to an authentication device. When the buyer is authenticated, the locker door (with the good inside the locker) is unlocked. The buyer can then inspect and accept the good. When the good is accepted, funds may be transferred from an account associated with the buyer to an account associated with the seller.

摘要: Various embodiments, relate to a system of lockers including a plurality of tracks and a plurality of walls. At least two of the plurality of walls slidably coupled to at least two of the plurality of tracks. Four of the plurality of walls form four sides of a locker cavity. The system also includes a plurality of doors. Each of the plurality of doors are oriented perpendicular to the plurality of the walls. A first door of the plurality of doors is coupleable to a second door of the plurality of doors so as to form a third door, and at least one of the plurality of doors form one side of the locker cavity. The system also includes a back wall, which forms one side of the locker cavity. The system further includes a lock for securing positions of the plurality of walls and of the plurality of doors.

The method includes estimating, based on financial history of a user, a budget capacity for the user to purchase the second smart appliance. The method includes determining, based on the user's budget capacity and a predicted operating cost of the first smart appliance, a recommended date to purchase the second smart appliance. The recommended date is no later than the future date. The method includes providing the estimated budget capacity and the recommended date to the user.

摘要: A mobile device is configured to receive a first receipt pertaining to a first mobile wallet transaction of a user, the first receipt being a digital receipt and receive information pertaining to a plurality of transactions of the user. The mobile device is also configured to capture an image of a second receipt pertaining to the second mobile wallet transaction of the user, the second receipt being a physical receipt. The mobile device is also configured to generate an image of the first receipt of the use and extract identifying information regarding the first and second mobile wallet transactions from the first and second images, identify the first and second mobile wallet transactions within the plurality of transactions based on information extracted from the images of the first and second receipts, and associate the images of the first and second receipts with the first and second mobile wallet transactions.

The method includes receiving a request for a code to provide to a merchant, the code being generated for the mobile device that belongs to the user. The method includes receiving, from a mobile device, an indication from the user to use the offer and sending, by the offer computer system, to the mobile device an offer code to be displayed on the mobile device to be received by a merchant.
