摘要： A method for manufacturing an organic functional layer includes the steps of: forming a coated film of an organic functional material by applying a coating liquid to a substrate by a printing method, the coating liquid including an organic functional material dissolved or dispersed in a first organic solvent; and bringing the coated film into contact with vapor or liquid of a second organic solvent, the second organic solvent having the following properties: chemically non-active; the second organic solvent can be mixed with the first solvent; the second organic solvent can not substantially dissolve the organic functional material; and a vapor pressure of the second organic solvent is higher than that of the first organic solvent at a room temperature.

摘要： The present invention provides an organic EL device, which is long-life and has high performance, by optimizing the hole transport layer. An organic electroluminescence device including at least a first electrode 102, an organic electroluminescence medium layer 103 having a hole transport layer 103a and an organic luminescent layer 103b, and a second electrode 104 in this order, wherein the hole transport layer 103a includes associates of a donating molecule and an accepting molecule, and the hole transport layer 103a has different component ratios of the donating molecule and the accepting molecule between the side of the first electrode 102 and the side of the organic luminescent layer 103b.
