    摘要: A white light emitting diode (LED) device includes a blue LED light source, a sealant material, a green phosphor material, and an orange phosphor material. The sealant material covers the blue LED light source. The green phosphor material distributed in the sealant material includes (Lu1-x-y-a-bYxGdy)3(Al1-zGaz)5O12:CeaPrb, wherein 0≦x≦1, 0≦y≦1, 0≦z≦0.1, 0≦a≦0.2, and 0≦b≦0.1. The orange phosphor material, which is also distributed in the sealant material, include the compound A, the compound B, or both. The compound A is (Sr1-x-y-zCaxBayMgz)2SiO4:Euw, wherein 0≦x≦1, 0≦y≦1, 0≦z≦1, and 0.03≦w≦0.2. The compound B is (M1)x(M2)y(Si,Al)12(O,N)16, wherein M1 represents Li, Mg, Ca, or Y, M2 represents Ce, Pr, Eu, Tb, Yb, or Er, 0.05≦x+y≦1.5, and 0≦y≦0.7.

The wavelength converting material is disposed around the blue LED chip or the red LED chip and emits a third light. A wavelength of the third light ranges from a wavelength of the first light to a wavelength of the second light.

    摘要: An LED apparatus is disclosed. The LED apparatus includes a substrate, a cup structure, and a dividing structure. The dividing structure divides a containing space formed by the cup structure into a first region and a second region. A first blue-light chip and a first package colloidal are disposed in the first region and a second blue-light chip and a second package colloidal are disposed in the second region. A green-light phosphor is mixed in the second package colloidal to completely convert a monochromatic emission spectrum of a second blue-light band of the second blue-light chip into a monochromatic emission spectrum of a green-light band. The green-light phosphor is selected from one of silicate, oxynitride, lutetium aluminum oxide, and calcium scandium oxide.
