Abstract:
A gas lamp includes first and second main structures. The first main structure forms a foundation of the gas lamp and includes a reservoir as a fuel tank. The second main structure is directly and releasably mounted atop of the first main structure. The second main structure includes a fluid guiding member, a carrier mechanism, a covering member, and a shield. The fluid guiding member defines a fluid entry zone and a fluid acceleration zone. The covering member includes the fluid acceleration zone circumferentially surrounded therein. The gas lamp includes the carrier mechanism adapted to be grasped, which facilitates disengagement of the first and second main structures for fuel refill and easy transportation of the second main structure.
Abstract:
A joystick used in a motion apparatus, for example, an exerciser or game machine, is disclosed to include a base fixedly fastened to the body of the motion apparatus, a motion member fixedly fastened to the operating member of the motion apparatus for biasing with the operating member by the user, elastomeric members connected between the base and the motion member, and a control member coupled to the motion member and movable relative to the motion member to lock the motion member to the base or to adjust the maximum biasing angle allowable for the motion member and the operating member.
Abstract:
A hot air blower includes a shell including a fan mechanism, a combustion device, a vane mechanism, and a flame protector disposed therein. The vane mechanism includes a clipping seat and a plurality of guiding vanes extended thereon. The plurality of guiding vanes extend obliquely and prevents the air passing through the vane mechanism from generating turbulence. The clipping seat and the flame protector form a half-closed combustion chamber therebetween. Heat in the half-closed combustion chamber causes a thermal expansion of the air and, thereby increasing a speed and a volume of the air passing the guiding vanes of the vane mechanism. The heated air is discharged from an external flow tube and which controls a heating range of an area of the hot air blower.
Abstract:
An interactive training device comprises an operation unit and an interaction unit. The operation unit has a movable plate built therein with a G-sensor so that motions of the movable plate in response to a user's operation are sensed by the G-sensor and further converted into particular signals to be output to the interaction unit.
Abstract:
An apparatus includes a nozzle assembly having a nozzle orifice formed therein. A highly pressurized fluid source is in fluid communication with the nozzle orifice, wherein a fluid jet is discharged through the nozzle orifice into a chamber downstream of said nozzle assembly which contains entrained air. A sensor is in fluid communication with the chamber for sensing the fluid condition of the entrained air in said chamber which provides an indication of the quality of the nozzle orifice. An alignment portion aligns the orientation of the fluid jet relative to the workpiece based upon the indication of the quality of the fluid jet.
Abstract:
A device for producing a stable and augmented flame includes a fluid-inducing assembly and a shield. The fluid-inducing assembly includes a flow-diverting mechanism defining a flow-intake end and a flow-accelerating end and includes a plurality of vanes extending from the flow-intake end to the flow-accelerating end. The plurality of vanes is circumferentially disposed and spaced from one another. Furthermore, two vanes include a space defined therebetween, and the space defines a passage which is spiral-shaped. The flow-diverting mechanism further includes a covering member with an enclosed circumferential edge circumferentially surrounded. Thus, each vane in the flow-accelerating end is encircled by the covering member, and each vane in the flow-intake end is exposed to outside and not covered by the covering member. In addition, the shield is hollow and is disposed above the fluid-inducing assembly.

Abstract:
A front-wheel steering gear having a function of outputting a directional signal, comprises a turntable assembly, which has a stationary base, a turntable rotatably mounted on the stationary base and a front-wheel positioning rack fixedly attached to a top surface of the turntable; an axially extendable rail, having one end thereof connected to the stationary base of the turntable assembly; a rear-wheel positioning rack, connected to another end of the rail; and a steering sensor, provided on the turntable assembly for detecting rotational directions and angles of the turntable and outputting signals corresponding to the rotational directions and angles to an interactive device.
Abstract:
An upper-limb training apparatus allows a user's two upper limbs to independently and actively perform flexion and extension along a round track, so that the user's the two upper limbs can receive proper training, respectively.
