    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing portioned washing or cleaning compositions, comprising the following steps: a) deforming a water-soluble material to form a vessel having at least one orifice, an edge surrounding this orifice and at least one further corner and/or edge; b) introducing a washing- or cleaning-active melt and solidifying the melt; c) filling the vessel with at least one further washing or cleaning composition; and d) finishing the filled vessel, characterized in that the vessel formed in step a) is filled in step b) with the melt in such a way that at least the further corner(s) and/or edge(s) of the vessel is/are filled at least partly by the solidified melt. The process enables stable and deformation-resistant portioned washing or cleaning compositions to be obtained.

    摘要: Disclosed are methods for producing a substance with a water-soluble packaging. Said methods comprise the following steps: a) a water-soluble material is deformed so as to embody a container; b) said container is filled with a filling material selected among the group comprising detergents, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, body care products, auxiliary agricultural agents, adhesives, surface-treating agents, construction materials, dyes or food items; c) a water-soluble film web is applied to the filled container; d) the filled container is sealed; and e) the sealed and filled container is finished. The inventive methods are characterized in that a negative pressure is generated in the filled container in the course of the process. In order to generate said negative pressure, the air located between the filling material and the water-soluble film web applied in step c) escapes at least in part through openings in the water-soluble film web applied in step c). The inventive methods make it possible to produce compact dosing units that have a reduced volume while being provided with improved optical and haptic properties.

    摘要: A continuous process for producing water-soluble vessels, comprising the steps of: a) thermoforming a water-soluble film material to form receiving chambers in a shaping station; b) filling the formed receiving chambers with a filling selected from the group of the washing or cleaning compositions, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, bodycare compositions, agrochemical assistants, adhesives, surface treatment compositions, building materials, dyes or foods in a filling station; and c) finishing the filled receiving chambers to the end product in at least one further finishing station. The receiving chambers formed in step a), in the course of the process, are transported by means of a support plate which has an orifice for each of the receiving chambers, so that the receiving chamber projects through the support plate freely through the orifice.

Detergent A contains 10 to 75 percent by weight of detergent builder/s, 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of enzymes, and 24.9 to 89.9 percent of water while detergent B contains 10 to 75 percent by weight of detergent builder/s and 25 to 90 percent by weight of water. The inventive combination products are characterized in that liquid detergent A has a pH value (20° C.) ranging from 6 to 9 while liquid detergent B has a pH value (20° C.) ranging from 9 to 14. Neither detergent A nor detergent B contains more than two percent by weight of a bleaching agent. Compared to conventional dishwashing agents, the inventive combination products are characterized by improved cleaning power, especially on bleachable dirt.
