    摘要: An electronic device is disclosed herein. The electronic device includes a dielectric layer and a semiconducting layer. The dielectric layer comprises a lower-k dielectric material and a higher-k dielectric material that form separate phases. The semiconducting layers includes a diketopyrrolopyrrole polymer. The combination of these two layers provides good electrical performance for the electronic device.
