    摘要: Disclosed are an array substrate and a driving method, a display panel and a touch display device. The array substrate includes: electrode column groups each including M adjacent electrode columns; touch signal lines each including a first signal line and a second signal line electrically connected to each other; M common voltage lines, M first switch control lines and first switch device groups; and M second switch control lines, second switch device groups and touch signal terminal groups. Each second switch device group includes M sub-switch device groups, each of which includes N second switch devices, and each touch signal terminal group includes N touch signal terminals. N touch signal terminals in the same touch signal terminal group are respectively electrically connected to the second terminals of N second switch devices in any sub-switch device group in the same second switch device group in a one-to-one manner.

An embodiment of the touch display panel includes: a first touch electrode array, comprising M first touch electrodes including 1st to Mth first touch electrodes, arranged along a first direction; and a second touch electrode array, comprising N second touch electrodes; each of the first touch electrodes comprising a first connection portion extending along the second direction, and each of the 2nd to Mth first touch electrodes further comprising a plurality of first electrode blocks; and an orthographic projection of each of the first electrode blocks on the second touch electrode array at least partially overlapping at least two second touch electrodes. The embodiment has improved touch detection accuracy.

    摘要: A touch-control display device includes a driving module, a first substrate disposed with one or more first force touch-control components, and a second substrate disposed with one or more second force touch-control components and one or more self-capacitance type touch-control electrodes. The first substrate and the second substrate are oppositely disposed, with a variable gap between the first substrate and the second substrate. The second force touch-control component comprises a plurality of first electrodes arranged in a matrix, and the plurality of first electrodes are connected to the driving module respectively through their corresponding first conducting wires. The self-capacitance type touch-control electrode comprises a plurality of second electrodes arranged in a matrix, and the plurality of second electrodes are connected to the driving module respectively through their corresponding second conducting wires.

The device includes an array substrate and a color substrate opposite to the array substrate; the array substrate is provided with a plurality of touch driving electrodes; a plurality of sub-pixels defined by a plurality of source lines and a plurality of gate lines insulated from and intersected with the plurality of source lines. Sub-pixels of each row are driven in a time division manner by corresponding two of the plurality of gate lines. The plurality of source lines include data lines and touch driving lines. Adjacent two sub-pixels, connected to a same data line, in a same row are connected to two different gate lines. Adjacent two sub-pixels, connected to a same gate line, in a same row are connected to two different data lines.

A driver circuit can be disposed in a non-display region of the array substrate, and can include a first and a second shift registers. The first shift register can include a first display scan signal outputting terminal outputting a first display scan signal, and the second shift register can include a second display scan signal outputting terminal outputting a second display scan signal. The array substrate can include a touch scanning circuit having a first control terminal connected to the first display scan signal outputting terminal, and a second control terminal connected to the second display scan signal outputting terminal. During a touch period, the touch scanning circuit outputs a touch signal through the touch signal outputting terminal according to the first and second display scan signals.

    摘要: An array substrate includes a substrate; scan lines and data lines arranged on the substrate and intersecting one another to define sub-pixels, each of which includes a pixel electrode including strip-like electrodes whose long axes of a same row are parallel to one another. Extension lines of long axes of strip-like electrodes in sub-pixels in any two adjacent rows intersect one another. The touch electrode is electrically connected to at least one touch signal line. Each touch signal line includes straight-line portions and fold-line portions. Two adjacent straight-line portions are connected by one fold-line portion. Any straight-line portion is parallel to long axes of strip-like electrodes in sub-pixels in a same row. Extension lines of fold-line portions intersect long axes of strip-like electrodes. Orthographic projections of fold-line portions on the substrate overlap orthographic projections of scan lines on the substrate. Fold-line portions are not perpendicular to scan lines.
