摘要： A measuring device for measuring the torque of a torsion spring, includes a base, an electronic scale secured to the base, a supporting plate fixed to the base, and a holding mechanism slidably secured to the supporting plate. The holding mechanism includes a screw slidably secured to the supporting plate, two nuts engaging with the screw and arranged at opposite sides of the screw, and a holding portion for holding the torsion spring. The nuts are operated to adjust the height of the screw relative to the supporting plate, to drive the torsion spring to depress the electronic scale. The electronic scale displays a weight value for calculating the torque of the torsion spring when depressed by the torsion spring.

摘要： An optical disc drive includes a housing with a protrusion and a tray capable of sliding in and out of the housing. The tray includes a first surface, and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface is partially recessed to form a receiving space for accommodating an optical disc. The second surface defines a channel, and forms a blocking portion at one end of the channel. The protrusion slides in the channel to guide the tray to slide in and out of the housing, and cooperates with the channel to prevent the tray from vibrating. When the tray is fully extended from the housing, the protrusion is located at the end of the channel forming the blocking portion, thus the protrusion is blocked by the blocking portion from sliding too far so that the tray is prevented from sliding off the housing.

The bottom cover includes at least one first sidewall and a locking portion perpendicularly set on the at least one first sidewall. The front panel includes a fixing portion and a blocking portion adjacent to the fixing portion and spaced from the locking portion. The fixing portion defines a through hole for receiving the locking portion. The fixing portion and the blocking portion abut opposite sides of the at least one first sidewall for preventing the at least one first sidewall from leaving a gap between the at least one first wall and the locking portion.

摘要： A method for synthesis of 1-decene oligomer is provided, wherein 1-decene is polymerized at 80-120° C., 0.8-1.4 MPa in the presence of aluminum trichloride catalyst supported on gamma-alumina and n-hexane solvent where the volume ratio of 1-decene to n-hexane is 3:8-4:1. The catalyst is treated as follows: impregnating gamma-alumina carrier in 0.5-2.0 M of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid or mixtures thereof, then vacuum drying at 80-100° C. and calcining at 400-800° C.; dissolving 5-10 g of anhydrous aluminum trichloride in 100 ml of tetrachloromethane, trichloromethane or dichloromethane solvent; adding the obtained solution into 10-20 g of activated alumina carrier and obtaining the catalyst after vacuum drying. The conversion of 1-decene is 50 wt % or more. The oligomer has a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. of 6.0-25 mm2/s and a viscosity index of 160-262.
