摘要: A wall-thickness additive manufacturing device for micro cast-rolling additive manufacturing of large-scale special-shaped pipe, includes: a vertical wall, a heat-insulating cover, a crossed slide assembly and a laser cladding assembly. The vertical wall is horizontally provided on the ground; the crossed slide assembly is fixedly connected to the vertical wall; the laser cladding assembly is fixedly connected to the crossed slide assembly; the vertical wall has a shape of a T-shaped structure. The present invention uses laser welding to solve the problem of heat preservation of the processed workpiece in the process of wall-thickness forming and additive manufacturing.

摘要: The present invention discloses a roll forming device for micro-casting and rolling additive manufacture for large special-shaped pipes, comprises a supporting assembly, a sliding assembly, and a roller system assembly. The sliding assembly includes a guide rail, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic push rods and a guide rail sliding frame. Two ends of the guide rail are respectively fixedly connected with the centers of two ends of the frame plate in a width direction, the lower surface of the sliding plate of the guide raid sliding frame is slidably connected with the guide rail, housings of the hydraulic cylinders are respectively fixedly connected to the centers at both ends of the frame plate in the width direction. The invention adopts the structures of the guide rail, the hydraulic cylinder and the steering hinge rod to expand the working range of the device and the working types of workable parts.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device for forming bimetal composite pipe by spinning semisolid metal powder on outer wall of steel pipe, which comprises feeding device, clamping device, spinning roller, hot melting head, motor, lifting device, work table, buffer bearing pack, tailstock support device and heat preservation device. According to the invention, three spinning rollers are adopted, so that spinning efficiency is increased, uniform stress is ensured, and the semisolid powder is uniformly spun on the outer wall of the metal pipe; the spinning roller adopts a taper design, so that forming resistance of the spinning device in the axial moving process can be effectively reduced, and the semisolid powder is uniformly covered on the outer wall of the steel pipe; the lifting device is added, so that the lifting device can be adjusted according to different pipe diameters to process different metal pipes; spring is additionally arranged at the bottom of the first bearing seat to avoid and reduce rigid impact between the steel pipe and the spinning rollers in the spinning process and ensure uniform surface appearance and structure of a spinning layer; in addition, the device is driven by a motor, and a screw rod is used for driving the frame to axially translate at a constant speed.
