摘要: A plurality of groups of integrated elements (30, 40) comprising a plurality of photovoltaic elements (2) electrically connected in series are provided on a substrate (1) having an insulating surface. The plurality groups of integrated elements (30, 40) are arranged in parallel by interposing a separating part (50). A rear surface member (4) is electrically connected with the plurality of the groups of integrated elements (30, 40) in series and is adhered to a rear surface side of the plurality of groups of integrated elements (30, 40) by interposing an adhesive layer (5) containing resin. The adhesive layer (5) is provided so as to cover a rear surface of the groups of integrated elements (30, 40) except for an area corresponding to the separating part (50).

摘要: An object is to provide a solar cell module capable of reducing warping of each solar cell due to a linear expansion coefficient difference between the solar cell and a wiring line member to prevent damages effectively without raising any cost increase. A solar cell module comprises a plurality of solar cells and is constituted by electrically connecting adjacent solar cells to one another by wiring line members, a base material of the wiring line member has a plastic strain of 2% or less in a drawing direction, and the solar cell is constituted of a crystalline wafer having a thickness of 200 microns or less.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to reduce adverse affect of moisture passing through the opening, for improved reliability and product yield of solar cell module. A solar cell module includes: a front-surface protection member; a rear-surface protection member; a plurality of solar cells 11 electrically connected by wiring members; a bonding member for encapsulating the solar cells between the front-surface protection member and the rear-surface protection member; and power output wires for taking an output from the solar cells. The rear-surface protection member has an opening at a location facing a surface of one solar cell, and the power output wires are routed out of the rear-surface protection member through the opening.

The photovoltaic module of the present invention comprises light-transmitting substrate, strings including a plurality of solar cells interconnected through tab connector, and rear surface member. A plurality of the strings is electrically connected through interconnectors and arranged on a rear surface side so as not to overlap each other. The photovoltaic module is sealed with a sealant between the light-transmitting substrate and the rear surface member.

摘要: To prevent the power output wires from being misaligned during the laminating step and reduce moisture entry through the opening, for improved reliability and product yield of solar cell module. A solar cell module includes: a front-surface protection member; a rear-surface protection member; a plurality of solar cells electrically connected by wiring members; a sealing member for sealing the solar cells between the front-surface protection member and the rear-surface protection member; and power output wires for taking an output from the solar cells. The rear-surface protection member has an opening, and a sealing film is disposed to cover the opening. The sealing film has a slit for insertion of the power output wires, and the power output wires are routed out of the rear-surface protection member through the opening.
