    摘要: An X-ray computer tomography apparatus includes an X-ray tube, a two-dimensional array type X-ray detector, a rotating mechanism, a pair of collimators, a collimator moving mechanism which separately moves the pair of collimators in a direction almost parallel to a rotation axis, a reconstruction processing unit which reconstructs image data in a reconstruction range, and a collimator control unit. The collimator control unit controls the position of each collimator in accordance with the distance between an X-ray central plane corresponding to a cone angle 0° and an end face of the reconstruction range. The collimator moving mechanism moves each of the pair of collimators in the range from the outermost position corresponding to the maximum cone angle to the innermost position offset from a position corresponding to a cone angle of nearly 0° to the opposite side.

    摘要: The X-ray CT apparatus that performs a scan after a pre-scan, comprising a reconstruction part reconstructing the pre-scan image of said subject to be examined from transmission data detected by said detector during said pre-scan, and also reconstructing the scan image of said subject to be examined from the transmission data detected by said detector during said scan; and a scan controlling part initiating a scan by directly changing the helical pitch of said bed from the stopped position for said pre-scan to the position toward an ending edge of the reconstruction area of the image. The scan controlling part initiates the scan at a first helical pitch by which X-rays for a predetermined number of views can be emitted at a starting edge of the reconstruction area of the image, and, after X-rays for the predetermined number of views is emitted, the scan at a second helical pitch continues.

    摘要: A positron emission computed tomography apparatus according to an embodiment includes a detector, a coincidence counting information generating unit, and a body movement detecting unit. The detector detects annihilation radiation released from a subject. The coincidence counting information generating unit searches for sets of counting information, which counted a pair of annihilation radiations at substantially the same time, from a counting information list that is generated from output signals of the detector; generates a set of coincidence counting information for each retrieved set of counting information; and generates a time series list of coincidence counting information. Based on the time series list of coincidence counting information, the body movement detecting unit detects temporal changes in the body movement of the subject.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, an apparatus includes a reconstructing unit, a first control unit, a detecting unit, a generating unit, and a second control unit. The first control unit controls the reconstructing unit to reconstruct first images based on projection data collected in first periods. The detecting unit detects second periods which belong to pulsation cycles different from one another and in which an organ to be imaged is in the substantially same form, based on the first images. The generating unit generates data for reconstruction including projection data for the required angle range by combining projection data collected in third periods close to the second periods. The second control unit controls the reconstructing unit to reconstruct a second image based the data for reconstruction.

    摘要: A medical image processing apparatus includes a difference calculator, a removal part, a first statistical processing part, and an estimation part. The difference calculator receives a plurality of medical image data with different imaging positions and obtains the difference between the plurality of medical image data, thereby generating difference image data that represents the difference. The removal part removes the region corresponding to a structure from the difference image data. The first statistical processing part obtains the first standard deviation of pixel values of each pixel of the difference image data with the region corresponding to the structure removed. The estimation part estimates the second standard deviation of the medical image data based on the first standard deviation. The medical image processing apparatus can estimate noise level of medical image data.
