    摘要: In an air conditioner including an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan which are disposed in an indoor-side chamber, and an outdoor heat exchanger and an outdoor fan which are disposed in an outdoor-side chamber, the indoor-side chamber and the outdoor-side chamber being partitioned by a partition plate mounted on a bottom plate, the outdoor heat exchanger is disposed on said bottom plate, and the bottom plate is integrally formed with a dam member for damming up drain water flowing from at least one of the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger. Further, a drain pan on which the indoor heat exchanger is mounted is disposed on the bottom plate, the partition plate is equipped with a drain opening through which drain water flowing from the indoor heat exchanger through the drain pan is flows to the bottom plate, and at least one of the drain pan and the partition plate is equipped with an intercepting member for intercepting flow of rain/wind from the outdoor-side chamber to the indoor-side chamber.

The outdoor fan (14) comprises an axial fan (14), and an air guide member is equipped at the suction side of the axial fan (14) to surely guide the air at the suction side of said axial fan to the axial fan.

The wire fixing face has a conduit fixing member having a conduit fixing face to which one end portion of a conduit having electrical wires inserted therein is fixed. Plural engaging holes are formed in the wire fixing face, and the conduit fixing member is equipped with plural engaging members which are fixedly engageable with the engaging holes of the electrical equipment mount plate.     摘要: A control device for a vehicular automatic transmission is provided which can preferably execute backpressure control of accumulators and torque-up control so as to minimize the occurrence of interference between learning on these controls during a gearshift operation. With the control device for the vehicular automatic transmission including the accumulators (104, 106 and 108) operative to control a hydraulic pressure supplied to second and third clutches (C2 and C3) and a third brake (B3), the backpressure control is executed for controlling a backpressure of the accumulators (104, 106 and 108) during the gearshift operation while the torque-up control is executed for raising torque output from an engine (12). Completion of learning on the backpressure control is determined when no completion of learning on the backpressure control is determined, learning on the backpressure control is executed with no execution of the torque-up control. Thus, no interference occur between learning on the backpressure control and the torque-up control.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a control device for a vehicle, having an engine 10 connected to an automatic transmission 14 via a torque converter 12 incorporating a lockup clutch 32. A fuel cutoff control is performed for interrupting the supply of fuel to the engine 10 when controlling the lockup clutch 32 during a deceleration of the vehicle. The control device is operative to interrupt the fuel cutoff control when a brake pressure PBK of a foot brake 38 for braking the vehicle exceeds a predetermined value. Accordingly, using the brake pressure PBK with increases response as a determining standard enables a sudden deceleration of the vehicle to be appropriately determined in a practical mode, appropriately enabling the suppression of engine stall while realizing improved fuel consumption.
