摘要: The disclosure reduces the number of factors to be considered in the switching control of the shift stages, thereby simplifying the switching control. In a control device of an automatic transmission, when a detection part detects that a shift position has been switched from one of a forward range and a reverse range to the other, among multiple hydraulic friction engagement mechanisms, a hydraulic pressure command value is fixed for the hydraulic friction engagement mechanisms that do not change the engaged state between the forward range and the reverse range, and the hydraulic pressure command value is variable based on a hydraulic pressure supplied to the hydraulic friction engagement mechanisms for the hydraulic friction engagement mechanisms that change the engaged state between the forward range and the reverse range.

摘要: An automatic transmission includes hydraulic friction engaging mechanisms for establishing a plurality of gears, at least one control valve for controlling oil pressures of hydraulic oils supplied to the engaging mechanisms, an oil pressure detection unit for detecting the oil pressure of the hydraulic oil supplied by the control valve, a learning unit for learning a correction value of an instructed oil pressure to the control valve such that an engaging time becomes a target engaging time, and a determination unit which determines, based on a difference between the instructed oil pressure to the valve and an oil pressure detection result obtained by the detection unit from the hydraulic oil supplied by the valve in correspondence with the instructed oil pressure, whether to exclude a control result by the instructed oil pressure from a learning target of the learning unit.

摘要: A shift control device of a vehicle including an internal combustion engine and a multi-speed transmission in series, the shift control device comprises: a control portion providing a downshift control in which an input shaft rotation speed of the multi-speed transmission is increased through a torque-up of the internal combustion engine toward a post-shift input shaft rotation speed in a neutral state where a release-side engagement device to be released during a downshift of the multi-speed transmission is released, so as to engage an engagement-side engagement device to be engaged after the shift. In the case of a shift pattern having a large internal inertia of the multi-speed transmission, the control portion controls a torque capacity of the engagement-side engagement device to a value greater than zero before starting a torque-up control of the internal combustion engine.

摘要: A method is provided to control a hybrid powertrain comprising engaging gears corresponding to a first gear pair connected with a first planetary gear in a gearbox with a first coupling device connecting two rotatable components in the first planetary gear; activating a second electrical machine to generate a propulsion torque on the output shaft via a second gear pair connected with a second planetary gear and the output shaft; disconnecting the first gear pair from the countershaft, by controlling the first electrical machine and a combustion engine connected with the first planetary gear to achieve a substantially zero torque state between the first gear pair; connecting the first gear pair to the countershaft, by controlling the combustion engine to achieve a synchronous rotational speed between the first gear pair; and activating the combustion engine and/or the first electrical machine to generate a propulsion torque on the output shaft.

摘要: This invention pertains to the field of power transmission. Machines using a power transmission mechanism for transmission of the mechanical power produced by a source (engine (2), electric motor, pneumatic and hydraulic pump) to another component of the machine (wheel (21), electric motor, electric generator, pneumatic and hydraulic pump) through multiple transmission paths (different gear ratios (14), (15)) are subjects of this invention. It is disclosed that control of a switching from one power transmission path to another is done in a manner involving simultaneous load transfer and speed synchronization rather than sequential performance of these two functions, and the resulting method developed in the invention leads to switching operations that produce less disturbance at the input of the said component. The said method is applied to the problem of controlling gearshifts in automatic transmissions of ground vehicles.

摘要: A hydraulic control unit for an automatic transmission has a mechanically-operated oil pump (6), an electrically-operated oil pump (106) actuated while an engine (2) is automatically shut down, and a hydraulic pressure circuit (100) which controls supply of hydraulic pressure to a frictional engagement element (40, 60) to be engaged, in the automatic transmission, at a vehicle's start. In the hydraulic pressure circuit, discharge oil from the electrically-operated oil pump is drained from a predetermined drain portion (154) when a selector valve (120) is in the first state (in which the mechanically-operated oil pump is a source of the supply of the hydraulic pressure to the frictional engagement element), whereas less discharge oil is drained from the drain portion, compared to the first state, when the selector valve (120) is in the second state (in which the electrically-operated oil pump is the source of the supply of the hydraulic pressure).

摘要: A hydraulic control system for a multiple mode electro-mechanical drive unit of a motor vehicle includes multiple torque transmitting mechanisms each including at least one friction clutch. Multiple clutch control valves are individually in fluid communication with one of the torque transmitting mechanisms and are operable when actuated to change a condition of the torque transmitting mechanisms from a clutch disconnected condition to a clutch engaged condition. Solenoid valves are individually paired with and in fluid communication with one of the clutch control valves. A normally open variable force solenoid valve is in fluid communication with the solenoid valves. Operation of the variable force solenoid valve sets a hydraulic pressure between any of the solenoid valves in an open condition and its paired clutch control valve.
