摘要: A memory device, includes a recording medium; a probe to write a plurality of the signals; a first driving portion to vibratory drive the recording medium; a detecting unit which, when the first driving portion changes a frequency to vibratory drive the recording medium, detects a change in an amplitude of the resonance drive, detects the frequency at which the amplitude becomes maximum as a resonance frequency; and a calculating unit which calculates a timing when the probe writes a plurality of the signals using the resonance frequency; wherein, the first driving portion vibratory drives the recording medium and the probe writes a plurality of the signals.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for the plasma treatment of surfaces (47), in particular of skin, having a housing (3), a plasma source (5) allocated to the housing (3), and at least one spacer (21) that is provided on the housing (3) and/or the plasma source (5) in such a manner that a distance (d) between the plasma source (5) and a surface (47) to be treated can be maintained at least in some regions. The device is characterized in that the spacer (21) is designed to be adjustable in order to vary the distance (d) and that the distance (d) can be varied in such a manner that a preferred plasma chemistry can be selected at the location of the surface (47) to be treated.

摘要: The disclosure provides an operational amplifier circuit, in which a power supply of an amplifying circuit is coupled to a first voltage clamping circuit, and the first voltage clamping circuit clamps a supply voltage of the amplifying circuit when the supply voltage exceeds a normal-operation allowable voltage of the amplifying circuit. The disclosure also provides a method for implementing the operational amplifier circuit. According to the disclosure, the operational circuit may be avoided from subject to an excessive supply voltage, which may damage devices in the amplifying circuit of the operational amplifier.
