    摘要: A controller controls the rotational speed of an induction motor, thereby controlling a spindle connected to the induction motor. Although an encoder for detecting the position of the spindle is mounted on the spindle, a speed detector is not attached to the induction motor. The speed of the induction motor is estimated from a spindle speed obtained by the encoder, and an excitation frequency command for the induction motor is determined based on the estimated speed.

    摘要: The controller controls a spindle connected to an induction motor via a belt by controlling the rotational velocity of the induction motor. The spindle has an encoder attached thereto for detecting the position of the spindle, but the induction motor does not have a velocity detector attached thereto. The velocity of the induction motor is estimated from the spindle velocity obtained from output of the encoder, and slip of the belt is detected based on the estimated velocity of the induction motor. When occurrence of slip of the belt is detected, the estimated velocity of the induction motor will not be used for the control of the induction motor.

    摘要: A hydraulic driver of a magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) system is provided. The hydraulic driver is adapted to be connected to at least a passive actuator for contacting with a subject. The hydraulic driver includes a pump, a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit operatively coupled to the pump, and a tube assembly. The tube assembly includes a proximal end in fluid communication with the hydraulic piston-cylinder unit and a distal end in fluid communication with the passive actuator. The passive actuator oscillates in response to hydraulic energy generated in a fluid in the hydraulic driver as the pump drives the piston forward and backward in the cylinder of the hydraulic piston-cylinder unit.

    摘要: Systems and methods which employ a high temperature superconductor (HTS) receiver coil configuration for MRI analysis of small volume subjects, such as infants, are shown. Embodiments provide a HTS tape RF phase array receiver coil implementation. The foregoing HTS tape receiver coil implementation may be provided in a Helmholtz coil configuration. With such a Helmholtz coil configuration, circuitry is preferably provided to provide tuning, matching, and/or decoupling with respect to the HTS receiver coils. Embodiments implement a cryostat configuration to maintain one or more HTS receiver coils at a desired operating temperature (e.g., ≦77° K) while providing a safe environment for a subject (e.g., infant) being imaged.

    摘要: A hydraulic driver of a magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) system is provided. The hydraulic driver is adapted to be connected to at least a passive actuator for contacting with a subject.
