Abstract: Liposomes, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising same, for use in treating biofilm in a subject in need thereof are disclosed herein. The liposomes comprise a bilayer-forming lipid; a polymer-lipid conjugate having the general formula I, as described and defined in the specification; a positively-charged lipidic agent, incorporated within a lipid bilayer and/or on a surface of the liposome; and a therapeutically active agent, bound to a surface of the liposome and/or within a lipid bilayer and/or core of the liposome.
