摘要: A gate driving circuit for providing a high driving voltage includes a first N-type high-voltage transistor and a second N-type high-voltage transistor connected in series between a driving voltage output node and a system low-voltage source. A voltage difference between a system high-voltage source and the system low-voltage source is greater than a withstand voltage of the first or second N-type high-voltage transistor. When the driving voltage output node is to output a system high voltage, the first N-type high-voltage transistor and the second N-type high-voltage transistor are turned off. Deep N-type well regions of the first N-type high-voltage transistor and the second N-type high-voltage transistor are applied with a first bias voltage. A voltage difference between the first bias voltage and the system low-voltage source is smaller than an interface breakdown voltage between the deep N-type well region and a P-type well region of the second N-type high-voltage transistor.

摘要: A current detection apparatus including a current detection circuit, a voltage regulation power supply circuit, and a package carrier is disclosed. The current detection circuit has a reference terminal and a detection terminal. The voltage regulation power supply circuit is used to generate an output voltage and includes a current transmission terminal for transmitting a current. The package carrier is used to carry the current detection circuit, the voltage regulation power supply circuit, a reference pad, and a current transmission pad. The package carrier includes at least one common voltage lead. The current transmission pad is coupled to the reference pad through at least one bonding wire such that an equivalent resistance is formed on the coupling path between the current transmission pad and the reference pad.

摘要: A voltage generation device and a voltage generation method are provided. The voltage generation device includes a first voltage generator, a second voltage generator, a third voltage generator and an output voltage generator. The first to third voltage generators respectively generate first to third voltages. The output voltage generator generates an output voltage at an output end according to the first voltage, the second voltage and the third voltage. When the output voltage is converted between the first voltage and the second voltage, during a first time period, the first voltage generator provides the first voltage to a first capacitor, and the third voltage generator causes the output voltage to change from the second voltage to the third voltage. During a second time period, the first voltage generator and the first capacitor cause the output voltage to change from the third voltage to the first voltage.

The first via and the second via are used to connect the first metal sheet and the first metal wire layer, wherein a temperature sensing signal enters the first metal sheet through the first via and leaves the first metal sheet through the second via to measure the temperature of the integrated circuit.

摘要: A constant-current driving circuit includes a first current source, a reference voltage generating circuit and an output signal generating circuit. A terminal of the first current source is coupled to a terminal of a first LED string, wherein the terminal of the first current source has a first voltage. The reference voltage generating circuit is used for generating a reference voltage and comparing the first voltage with a first predetermined voltage to generate a first comparing signal to thereby adjust the reference voltage. The output signal generating circuit is used for outputting an output signal to another terminal of the first LED string and receiving the input signal, wherein the output signal generating circuit decides whether or not to output the input signal serving as the output signal according to the comparison result of the reference voltage with the second voltage.

摘要: A voltage converting apparatus is disclosed. The voltage converting apparatus mentioned above includes an error comparator. The error comparator receives a feedback voltage and a reference voltage and generates a control signal according to the feedback voltage and the reference voltage. Moreover, the error comparator includes a differential pair, a first current source, and an offset voltage controlling circuit. The offset voltage controlling circuit receives a ramp enabling signal and adjusts a bias current flowing through at least one of a first and a second output terminal of the differential pair according to the ramp enabling signal.

摘要: A current sensing circuit and power supply using the same are provided. The current sensing circuit includes a transistor, a control circuit and a sensing circuit, wherein the voltage endurance capability between a drain terminal of the transistor and a gate of the transistor is larger than the voltage endurance capability between a source terminal of the transistor and the gate of the transistor. The drain terminal is coupled to an under testing current source with an external high voltage. The control circuit is coupled to the gate of the transistor to control the conduction between the drain and the source terminals. The sensing circuit receives a sensing current signal from the source terminal of the transistor and transfers thereof to be a current sensing voltage.

摘要: A multiple output stage converter (MOSC) and an operating method thereof are provided. The MOSC includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a logic control module. A terminal of the first transistor, a terminal of the second transistor, and a terminal of the third transistor are coupled to a power source via an inductor. Another terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a first output terminal. Another terminal of the second transistor is coupled to a second output terminal. Another terminal of the third transistor is coupled to a ground voltage. The logic control module is used to control the on/off state of the second transistor. The well of the second transistor is floating when the first transistor or the third transistor is on. The well of the second transistor is floated or coupled to the second output terminal when the second transistor is on.
