Abstract:
An ancillary apparatus for loading glass substrates into a bracket through a robotic arm includes a holding rack to hold a bracket, a guiding mechanism located above the bracket and a glass lifting mechanism located below the bracket. The robotic arm grips the glass substrate and moves the glass substrate above the bracket to be guided by the guiding mechanism and held by the glass lifting mechanism, and then the glass substrate is released from the robotic arm. The glass substrate is guided by the guiding mechanism and braced by the glass lifting mechanism, and then is lowered slowly into the bracket. Hence the robotic arm does not need to be entered the bracket to load the glass substrate, extra space to receive the robotic arm can be saved and thus more glass substrates can be loaded. The cost is reduced and productivity is improved to meet production requirements.
Abstract:
A glass substrate transporting apparatus aims to load or unload a quartz bracket into or from multiple reactors. It includes a track, a carriage, a rotary element and a telescopic fetching rack. The reactors are located at two sides of the track. The carriage has four track wheels movable on the track and multiple motors to synchronously drive the four track wheels. The rotary element is located on the carriage. The telescopic fetching rack is located on the rotary element. Through movement of the carriage on the track and rotation of the rotary element, the telescopic fetching rack can sequentially align and enter the reactors to load or unload the quartz bracket, thus amount of the reactors to be utilized is increased and utilization efficiency of the glass substrate transporting apparatus is improved. Moreover, as the carriage can move quickly on the track, production is also increased.
Abstract:
An automatic screw tightening apparatus is to fasten at least one screw into a screw hole of a workpiece and comprises a work platform, a movable carrying deck, an image observation module, a screw fastening module and a fastening inspection module. The movable carrying deck has a carrying portion to carry and hold the workpiece and a movement portion to control the workpiece moved sequentially to a first position, a second position and a third position that are respectively corresponding to the image observation module, screw fastening module and fastening inspection module to confirm the position of the screw hole, fasten the screw and inspect fastening correctness of the screw. Thus the workpiece can be assembled quickly and fastening can be done correctly to achieve mass production and reduce cost.

A cart and track arrangement includes a track unit having a straight track and a curved track, the straight track having an oblique bearing portion, the curved track having a horizontal bearing portion, and a cart having a cart frame and a wheel set, the wheel set having a wheel axle arranged in parallel to the oblique bearing portion of the straight track and a wheel pivotally mounted on the wheel axle, the wheel having a first tread disposed in parallel to the wheel axle for rotatably supporting on the oblique bearing portion of the straight track and a second tread for rotatably supporting on the horizontal bearing portion of the curved track. In an alternate form, the straight track has a horizontal bearing portion, the curved track has an oblique bearing portion, and the wheel has a first tread disposed in parallel to the wheel axle for rotatably supporting on the horizontal bearing portion of the straight track and a second tread for rotatably supporting on the oblique bearing portion of the curved track.
