    摘要: An electric motor running system consists of a photovoltaic array, an inverter for inverting output voltage of the photovoltaic array to AC voltage and automatically controlled so that the frequency is changed in accordance with the output voltage of the photovoltaic array, maintaining the ratio of the voltage to the frequency at a constant value, an induction motor operated by application of the AC voltage from the inverter, and a frequency increasing circuit for increasing the output frequency of the inverter instantaneously so that the motor produces the torque larger than the load starting torque when the motor is started and further decreasing the increased output frequency of the inverter to the normal running frequency after the increased output frequency is maintained for a predetermined period of time. This construction allows the motor to be smoothly started even where a load connected to the motor is a positive displacement pump which has a large static friction torque.

The secondary winding generates an output voltage based on the magnetic field generated in one of the dual primary windings. A first primary winding is coupled to an inverter circuit that receives an alternating current input voltage and applies a clean and filter alternating current to the first primary winding. A second primary winding is coupled to a bypass circuit that applies a bypass voltage when the inverter circuit is in a failure state. The power supply also includes a compensation circuit to maintain the output voltage at a desired level.

    摘要: An uninterruptible power supply having a controllable leakage current is disclosed. The leakage current is controlled by adjusting a switching speed (i.e., dV/dt rate) of switches in the output inverter (i.e. DC-AC converter stage). Leakage current can be reduced by reducing the switching speed (dV/dt rate) of the output inverter switches. In one embodiment, leakage current is held constant or moderated as output power decreases by reducing the switching speed (responsive to leakage current) as output power decreases. The switching speed can be adjusted by adjusting the gate resistance or gate voltage. Increasing the gate resistance or decreasing the gate voltage will cause a reduction in the switching speed, and increase in leakage current. Conversely, reducing the gate resistance, or decreasing the gate voltage will cause an increase in switching speed, and increase in leakage current. The present invention is applicable to any uninterruptible power supply having output inverter switches.

The target reference voltage is the voltage across an equivalent circuit of the main capacitors before the voltage drop. The slope is based on a ratio of a voltage drop value across an equivalent circuit of main capacitors and a charging up time to reach the target reference voltage.
