    摘要: A negative power supply control circuit which controls a negative voltage regulator circuit based on a positive voltage control signal, the negative power supply control circuit including: a control signal input terminal a negative voltage input terminal; a negative voltage input control signal output terminal; a voltage current conversation circuit; a first current source; and a first clamp circuit, wherein the first clamp circuit clamps a voltage at a first intermediate point between the first clamp circuit and the first current source by limiting a current flowing in the first clamp circuit according to the voltage at the first intermediate point in a period when a current flows in the voltage current conversation circuit, and the negative voltage controls signal is generated based on a voltage or a current in a current path through the voltage current conversation circuit, the first clamp circuit and the first current source.

    摘要: A power circuit includes an input terminal to which an input voltage is applied; a control element which generates an output voltage obtained by regulating the input voltage; an output terminal from which the output voltage is output; a discharge circuit which discharges by extracting an electric charge from the control element on a side of the output terminal; a drive circuit which generates a drive current for causing the discharge circuit to operate using power of the control element on the side of the input terminal; a detection circuit which detects the output voltage; and a discharge control circuit which decreases a current value of the drive current to a current value enabling the discharge circuit to continuously operate in a case where the detection circuit detects that the output voltage reaches a setup voltage by an operation of the discharge circuit.

    摘要: A current detecting circuit includes a first switching element, a second switching element, and a third switching element electrically coupled in series with the first switching element. An output side of the third switching element is electrically coupled to an output terminal. The current detecting circuit includes a current amplifier configured to detect a difference between a first output voltage of the first switching element and a second output voltage of the second switching element. The current amplifier outputs a relative current to be used for detecting an output current that flows out from the output terminal. A ratio of resistance associated with the first switching element to resistance associated with the second switching element is n:1.

    摘要: A regulator includes a transistor connected between an input and an output. A feedback voltage controls the transistor to keep the output voltage constant. A first circuit functions as a comparator to compare a detection voltage from the output of the transistor and the feedback voltage when the output current is higher than a predetermined value, and functions as a buffer when the output current is lower than the predetermined value. A second circuit receives a reference voltage, the feedback voltage, and an output from the first circuit, and generates (i) a difference between the feedback voltage and the first circuit output when the reference voltage is lower than the first circuit output, and (ii) a difference voltage between the feedback voltage and the reference voltage when the reference voltage is higher than the first circuit output, and supplies a control voltage to control the output of the transistor.

    摘要: A power supply control apparatus includes a voltage control transistor connected between a DC voltage input terminal and an output terminal; a control circuit controlling the voltage control transistor according to an output feedback voltage; and a first external terminal receiving an output control signal to control an output voltage. The control circuit includes a first error amplifier outputting a voltage according to an electric potential difference between a voltage divided by a first voltage dividing circuit which divides the output voltage of the output terminal and a predetermined reference voltage; and an output changing circuit including a second error amplifier receiving a voltage input in the first external terminal, a transistor having a control terminal receiving the output of the second error amplifier, and a current mirror circuit connected to the voltage input terminal which transfers an electric current flowing in the transistor. The output changing circuit displaces the divided voltage according to a voltage input at the first external terminal to change the output voltage according to the output control signal.

    摘要: A structure for protecting a flexible flat cable (FFC) is structured so that the FFC and a plate member arranged along it are covered with a heat-shrinkable tube. The structure is provided with fixing portions and for a fixed member and a movable member on both ends. In this configuration, if the movable member is repeatedly moved in a two-dimensional arrangement, the FFC will not buckle, easily deform owing to any external force and wear. This lengthens the life of the FFC greatly.
