    摘要: An organic light-emitting device including a transparent substrate, a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, a hole-transporting layer, and a electron-transporting layer sandwiched between the first and second electrode layers, wherein the hole-transporting layer consists of organic multiple-quantum-well structure. The multiple-quantum-well structure has a period number of alternating layers formed of a layer of organic material A with wide energy gap and a layer of organic material B with narrow energy gap. Organic material A and organic material B are selected such that the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels of organic material A are lower than those of organic material B and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) levels of organic material A are higher than those of organic material B.

The thin multilayer structure has a period number (n) of alternating layers formed of a polymer material layer and a ceramic material layer. The thick organic insulation layer is made up of polymer materials on top of the thin multilayer.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a series of carbazole derivatives which are used in organic electroluminescent devices as the phosphorescent host materials of the emissive layers. The carbazole derivatives have glass transition temperature of between 70° C. and 220° C. and triplet energy of 2.62 eV or more. The carbazole derivatives comprise two carbazole groups and alkyl group and/or spiro group inserted between the carbazole group and aromatic group, which is represented by formula 1. The carbazole derivatives according to the present invention are used as host materials for the triplet emissive dyes and they have high energy and stability. They can also reduce the converse energy transfer from the dye molecules to the host molecules and improve the luminance and efficiency of the OLEDs, especially the efficiency and lifetime of the blue triplet OLEDs.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a series of carbazole derivatives which are used in organic electroluminescent devices as the phosphorescent host materials of the emissive layers.
