A plurality of insulating extension patterns are provided on opposing sidewalls of the pattern structures, and respectively extend from upper portions of the opposing sidewalls toward the substrate along the insulating spacers such that lower portions of the opposing sidewalls are free of the extension patterns. A plurality of buried contact patterns are provided on the substrate between the lower portions of the opposing sidewalls of adjacent pattern structures. Related fabrication methods are also discussed.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of recording and storing a broadcast content received for mobile broadcast services in a transmitting-end level. A broadcast receiving terminal includes a type of the key profile in the header of the recorded file for the particular broadcast content, the CIEK which is used in encrypting the broadcast content and encrypted with the second layer encryption key, and the acquisition information on the second layer encryption key. The acquisition information on the second layer encryption key is included in a corresponding field of the header according to the type of the used profile. As in the SRTP and IPSec, a recorded file format in the transmitting-end level recording is the PDCF. Information associated with the encryption of the encrypted broadcast content is stored in the OMA DRM common header box (ohdr box) of the PDCF recorded file.

摘要： A plasma display panel (PDP) comprises: a front substrate and a rear substrate which face each other; and a barrier wall which is interposed between the front substrate and the rear substrate, which includes base portions arranged on either side of a main discharge space, and protruding portions protruding on the base portions, respectively, and which defines stepped spaces on either side of the main discharge space. The stepped spaces are formed according to stepped surfaces formed by the base portions and the protruding portions. The PDP further comprises a pair of a scan electrode and a sustain electrode which generate a mutual discharge through the main discharge space. A channel space is defined by outer walls of the protruding portions on either side of the main discharge space, and an external light absorbing layer covers the channel space.

摘要： A system and method for Digital Right Management (DRM) of Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB). The system for DRM of DVB includes a DVB transmitting device for transmitting content for the DVB and information on user's rights object for the content, and a DVB receiving device for receiving and storing the transmitted content, and playing the stored data in accordance with the information on the user's rights object. A sneak post view problem occurring during the DVB is solved, and thus the digital rights for the DVB content are efficiently protected. In solving the sneak post view problem, the existing rights object and the construction of the security association database can be used, without adding a separate construction.

摘要： A plasma display panel (PDP) includes: a front substrate facing a rear substrate; first and second discharge enhancement layers disposed between the front and rear substrates and arranged on both sides of a main discharge space; first and second barrier ribs respectively formed on the first and second discharge enhancement layers and defining first and second asymmetric stepped spaces along with the first and second discharge enhancement layers; a scan electrode and a common electrode inducing a mutual discharge in the main discharge space; an address electrode generating an address discharge along with the scan electrode and extending in a direction to intersect the scan electrode; a phosphor layer formed in at least the main discharge space; and a discharge gas filled in the main discharge space and the first and second stepped spaces. Accordingly, the PDP having high efficiency may operate with low power and obtain high luminous brightness.

For this, the system for transmitting/receiving the update information includes a DVB-H system for detecting the version of the ESG data which is to be transmitted, for inserting the version information of the ESG data in a predetermined table among tables containing Program Specific Information/Service Information (PSI/SI) data, and for transmitting the version information of the ESG data included in the predetermined table; and a DVB-H receiving terminal for receiving PSI/SI data and then analyzing the received PSI/SI data to detect the version of the ESG data from the analyzed PSI/SI data, for comparing the detected version of the ESG data with version information of ESG data detected from PSI/SI, which has been already received, in order to check if the two versions accord with each other, and for making connection with a transmission channel of the ESG data if the two versions do not accord with each other, to receive the ESG data, and then to update the received ESG data.

摘要： Disclosed is a user interface method for switching modes in a combined terrestrial DMB terminal. When an event according to other mode (B) occurs, a user's key input is confirmed. It is checked if the key input aims at mode switching, and if so, a current service mode is switched to the other mode (B). Otherwise, it is further checked if the key input is a key input for immediate execution. When the key input for immediate execution aims at immediate execution following audio termination, an audio service in the current service mode (A) is terminated, and then the current service mode is switched to the other mode (B). When the key input for immediate execution aims at immediate execution without the audio termination, a video service in the current service mode (A) is terminated, and then the current service mode is switched to the other mode (B).
