摘要: The lock device for a vehicle in accordance with the present invention comprises a synthetic resin body fixed to a door and equipped with a recess formed on its right side; a latch fitted rotatably into the recess; a striker fixed to a car body and having a front leg portion having a small diameter and meshing with the latch, a rear side leg portion having a large diameter and a wedge-like bridge portion connecting the tips of the leg portions and having a thin front portion and a thick rear portion; a guide groove formed on the body and permitting the entrance of the striker; front side clamp means disposed on the front side of the guide groove, for clamping the front side of the striker; and rear side clamp means disposed on the rear side of the guide groove, for clamping the rear side portion of the striker. A swell portion defining the guide groove is formed integrally on the back side of the body and a metallic back plate is fixed to this back side. A plurality of retainers for receiving the swell force to the swell portion, that occurs when the striker is clamped, are formed on the back plate.

摘要: A vehicle door lock device has a synthetic resin made body and a back plate attached on the rear side of the body. A lock lever is journalled between the back plate and the body in order to change-over the lock device between its locked condition and unlocked condition. A plastic made actuator box containing a power source for powerfully changing-over the lock lever is placed below the body. A switch box is formed at a rear side of the box and a switch body is contained in the switch box. A rotation shaft of the switch body protrudes rearward through the switch box and a switch arm is secured to the protruded portion of the rotation shaft. At the overlap position of the connecting lever and the lock lever, the connecting lever is installed rotatably, one end of the lever being connected to the switch arm and another end of it being connected to the key cylinder of a door or the lock lever. The switch body is electrically connected to the lock devices of other doors, functions co-operatively motion of the key cylinder or lock lever, and sends out control signal for changing-over the lock devices of the other doors between their locked condition and unlocked condition. The switch box is installed at a position where it is not overlapped with the lock lever. The switch box has a circumferential wall protruded integrally from the actuator box and a lid formed separately from the actuator box, and the bottom plate of the actuator box is used simultaneously as an outer wall of the actuator box. The lid of the actuator box is even with the back plate or higher than the back plate outward.

摘要: A lock device for a vehicle in accordance with the present invention comprises a synthetic resin body; a recess formed on the surface side of the body and storing a latch meshing switch a striker; a swell portion formed on the back side of the body, having a C-shaped sectional shape and partitioning by its inner wall a guide groove of the striker; an enclosure wall formed integrally with the body at a position above the upper wall of the swell portion on the back side of the body; and a box defined between the lower surface of the enclosure wall and the upper wall of the swell portion. A switch for detecting the rotating position of the latch is stored inside the box. A metallic back plate is fixed to the back side of the body and a cover for covering the back side of the box is formed integrally with the metallic back plate. A protuberance projecting into the box is provided to the latch. The switch has a plurality of contact surfaces connected to cords, a rotary contact for short-circuiting the contact surfaces with one another and a spring for pushing the rotary contact to the contact surfaces.

摘要: The car locking device of the present invention has a latch to be engaged with a striker, a ratchet for preventing the reversal of said latch, an opening lever for disengaging said ratchet from said latch, a locking lever for changing over said intermediate lever and said opening lever between an engaged state (unlocked state) or a disengaged state (locked state), and the first and second change-over levers. The key device of a door is connected to said first change-over lever, and said locking lever is connected to said second change-over lever. Said first and second change-over levers are rotationally moved together by key operation between the locking position and the unlocking position, and in the case of the excessive turn beyond the unlocking position, the first change-over lever only is rotationally moved, with said second change-over lever and said lock lever kept stationary. The excessive turn of said first change-over lever is detected by a switch, and when the switch is turned "On", the locking devices of other doors are also interlocked to be changed over into the unlocked state.
