    摘要: A denture attachment including a magnet body, to be embedded in a denture base, comprises a pair of soft magnetic alloy end plates, a non-magnetic alloy spacer disposed between the end plates, and a cap covering the magnet body, the end plates and the spacer except on the side of a coping. The attachment causes a magnetic attractive force of the magnet body to act on the coping of a soft magnetic alloy embedded in a pulp cavity of a tooth deprived of the crown, whereby the denture base is stabilized on gingiva. The magnet body is disposed with its N and S poles facing the end plates, respectively.

    摘要: A dental magnetic attachment, which is embedded in the denture base so as to face a soft magnetic keeper 103 and attract the keeper by magnetic force, comprising at least three yokes which are plates and made of soft magnetic material, and at least two pieces of magnet which have the magnetization direction parallel to the thickness. In the example the attachment comprises a central yoke 10, the magnet 1, the magnet 2, the outer yoke 11, and the outer yoke 12. The invention is characterized by a magnet arrangement in which like poles of the magnet 1 and the magnet 2 faces each other. Because of it mutually independent two magnetic circuits are formed and they offer strong attractive force which is two times larger than that of existing ones in a compact volume required for dental attachment. Furthermore, corrosion resistance and wear resistance are improved by covering the attracting face of the magnet 1, 2 with spacers made of non-magnetic material and covering the whole attachment with the cap made of non-magnetic material except the attracting face of the attachment.

    摘要: Disclosed is a micro actuator capable of being formed in compact as a whole, such as 10 mm in diameter by diminishing a difference between a stroke distance of a moving member and an overall length, and by reducing a sectional area taken in a direction orthogonal to a stroke direction. The micro actuator includes: a spline shaft formed as a cylinder with a hollow part and having an axially extending slit opening; a spline nut fit-engaged with the spline shaft and axially guiding the spline shaft; a pair of end caps fixed to openings at both ends of the spline shaft; a magnet rod supported at both ends within the hollow part of the spline shaft by the end caps; and a forcer loosely fit-engaged with a periphery of the magnet rod within the hollow part of the spline shaft to constitute a linear motor together with the magnet rod and connected with the spline nut through the slit opening.
