    摘要: The invention is directed to performing electronic component mounting operations by the suction nozzles of the mounting heads in each of the plurality of the rotary tables independently, moving each of the positioning tables for positioning a printed board in a component mounting position independently, and performing the electronic component mounting operation on the plurality of the printed boards independently. A component feeding device moves a plurality of component feeding tables having a plurality of component feeding units in an arraying direction thereof respectively and independently. Mounting heads having a plurality of suction nozzles for picking up electronic components from the component feeding devices respectively are provided at predetermined intervals corresponding to intermittent pitches on an outer circumference of two rotary tables intermittently rotating. Therefore, the suction nozzle of the mounting head of each of the rotary tables picks up the electronic component fed to a component pickup position in each of the component feeding units set on each of the component feeding tables, and mounts the component on the printed board on the corresponding XY table.

The control unit includes a motor driver 61, a memory device 66, and a control device 67 which controls the motor driver 61 using data stored in the memory device 66. The control device 67 adjusts the data for controlling the motor according to the load weight of the slide base. The data is used for properly moving the slide base carrying a plurality of tape cassettes to a position for feeding the components.

    摘要: Recognition of a position of a printed board is performed both before and after a chip component is mounted on the printed board. When a difference between the positions recognized before and after that is out of a predetermined allowable range, the printed board is treated as a defective. A CPU compares positions of a positioning mark provided on a printed board recognized both before and after a chip component is mounted on the printed board, the positions being taken an image by a board recognition camera and recognized by a recognition processing device. The CPU checks whether or not a difference between the positions is within a predetermined range stored in a RAM, that is, within a range from −0.100 mm to +0.0100 mm, in both X and Y directions. When judging that the difference is within the range, the CPU controls an electronic component mounting apparatus to stop because of an error.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an image bearing member movable along an endless path, an image forming system for forming a toner image on the image bearing member, and a transfer device for transferring the toner image from the image bearing member to a transfer material at a transfer position. The image forming system includes a charger for charging the image bearing member, and a developer. The transfer device includes a transfer member contactable to a backside of the transfer material. The transfer member is supplied with a voltage having a polarity which is the same as the charging polarity of the toner during a developing operation to transfer the toner from the transfer member to the image bearing member when the transfer material is absent at the transfer position. Also provided is a device for causing a region of the image bearing member to have a potential of the same polarity as the charging polarity of the charger before the region is charged by the charger for image formation.

The image formation unit is provided with a charger for charging the image bearing member. A potential detector detects a surface potential on the image bearing member charged by the charger. A controller controls an image formation condition of the image formation unit on the basis of a potential detected by the potential detector. The controller controls the image formation condition on the basis of a plurality of detected potentials corresponding to respectively different non-image areas between sequentially formed images.
