    摘要: A pump fluid driving apparatus includes a housing having a chamber, with two gears mounted within the chamber. The housing includes a first rounded wall section and a second rounded wall section, the first and second rounded wall sections defining at least a portion of the chamber. The gears have teeth located about their respective peripheries and operatively positioned with the teeth of the first gear and the teeth of the second gear intermeshed. The teeth include slotted teeth and solid teeth arranged with uniform spacing in a repeating pattern about the periphery of each of the gears, with each of the slotted teeth having a vane slot and a radially extending vane extending from the vane slot, and each radially extending vane being movable within the respective vane slot and being configured to contact the respective first or second rounded wall sections.

    摘要: A scroll compressor is provided, comprising: a compression mechanism comprising a non-orbiting scroll member and an orbiting scroll member, wherein the orbiting scroll member is axially displaceable between an engagement position and a disengagement position; a main bearing housing adapted to support the compression mechanism; a back pressure chamber formed between the orbiting scroll member and the main bearing housing, wherein the back pressure chamber is in communication with at least one of the compression chambers via a communication passage provided in the orbiting scroll member or the non-orbiting scroll member and is adapted to apply a back pressure to the orbiting scroll member to bias the orbiting scroll member toward the engagement position; and a first sealing means provided between the back pressure chamber and a suction zone of the compression mechanism and capable of maintaining sealing when the orbiting scroll member is axially displaced.

    摘要: A multi-stage vacuum pump may include first and second half-shell components defining a plurality of pumping chambers and for assembly together along respective longitudinal extending faces; first and second end stator components for assembly at respective longitudinal seals for sealing between the first and second half-shell stator components when assembled together at the longitudinally extending faces; and annular seals for sealing between the first and second end stator components and the first and second half-shell stator components when assembled; wherein the longitudinal seals have end portions which abut against the annular seals for sealing therebetween and the first and second half-shell stator components have formations for resisting movement of the end portions away from the annular seals when the end portions are compressed between the first and second half-shell stator components.

    摘要: A sealing member, a scroll compressor, and a method for manufacturing a sealing member for a scroll compressor are provided. The scroll compressor may include a casing in which a rotational shaft may be provided, a discharge cover fixed to an inside of the casing to partition the inside of the casing into a suction space and a discharge space, a first scroll revolved by rotation of the rotational shaft, a second scroll provided on the first scroll to define a plurality of compression chambers together with the first scroll, the second scroll having an intermediate pressure discharge hole that communicates with a compression chamber of the plurality of compression chambers having an intermediate pressure, a back pressure plate provided on the second scroll, the back pressure plate having an intermediate pressure suction hole that communicates with the intermediate pressure discharge hole, a floating plate movably provided at a side of the back pressure plate to define a back pressure chamber together with the back pressure plate, and a sealing member provided between a surface of the back pressure plate and a surface of the floating plate to prevent a refrigerant from leaking from the back pressure chamber. The sealing member may include a sealing body, and at least one protrusion provided at an incline with respect to a central line that extends in a horizontal direction of the sealing body.
