摘要： An equalizing mechanism of a welding apparatus connects an apparatus body and a fixed bracket, and includes a fixed member on the fixed bracket, and a pressure shaft on an apparatus body close to a bottom face of the fixed member. A cutout is at a position facing the fixed member A movable member on the apparatus body accommodates the fixed member. A restrictive member located by side faces of the fixed member and the movable member restricts relative movement thereof to a direction parallel to the pressure shaft. A driven lever is supported by a front portion of the fixed member to abut on an inner front face of the movable member at one end and abut on the pressure shaft at an other end. A spring between a back portion of the fixed member and an inner back face of the movable member presses the two members to move away from each other.

摘要： There is provided a fixed type electrode tip take-out device capable of solving the problem of irregularities of positions of upper and lower electrode tips by urging a tip magazine to be movable, and fixing the locations of the electrode tips of each group at the portions to be fixed to a welder, thereby taking out the electrode tips from the tip magazine with accuracy. The tip magazine is urged to be movable relative to a base plate by a driving unit, boundary portions of respective through holes are partitioned by elastic boundary walls in which wedges are inserted in the same direction as an axis of each through hole, and lowest end portions of electrode tips of each group housed in the tip magazine are brought into contact with a slide plate fixed to the base plate, and the upper and lower electrode tips of each group located at portions to be fixed to a welder are positioned by stoppers fixed to the base plate.

The fixed type electrode tip removal device for removing an electrode tip from the shank is made up of a take-out claw member provided with a substantially semi-circular claw for being brought into contact with an end face of the shank and an end face of the electrode tip in a gap between a large diameter portion of the shank and the electrode tip, the take-out claw member being disposed at the tip end of the removal device, wherein the end face of the electrode tip is pressurized by the claw in the direction of an axis of the electrode tip to remove the electrode tip from the shank, the take-out claw member being made up of a fixed take-out claw member fixed to a base plate and a movable take-out claw member movable relative to the base plate, a driving unit fixed to the base plate, a wedge connected to a pressure application rod from the driving unit, the wedge having a flat face at one side and a tapered inclined face at the other side, and an inclined face formed on the movable take-out claw member contacting the inclined face of the wedge.
