    摘要: A content encryption device generates encrypted content and an encrypted content copying device copies the encrypted content on an information storage medium. The storage medium is sold at a charge or distributed at no charge. A user gets the storage medium to connect the storage medium to a user terminal device or set the storage medium in a user terminal device, accesses to a content key distribution device to present a part or a whole of medium information of the storage medium to the distribution device. The distribution device grasps the whole of the medium information of the copied medium together with copied content and makes a content key encryption device issue an encrypted content key on the basis of user presentation information and distributes it to the terminal device.

    摘要: An equalizing mechanism of a welding apparatus connects an apparatus body and a fixed bracket, and includes a fixed member on the fixed bracket, and a pressure shaft on an apparatus body close to a bottom face of the fixed member. A cutout is at a position facing the fixed member A movable member on the apparatus body accommodates the fixed member. A restrictive member located by side faces of the fixed member and the movable member restricts relative movement thereof to a direction parallel to the pressure shaft. A driven lever is supported by a front portion of the fixed member to abut on an inner front face of the movable member at one end and abut on the pressure shaft at an other end. A spring between a back portion of the fixed member and an inner back face of the movable member presses the two members to move away from each other.

The drive unit includes a through-hole 6, formed in a rotary shaft 5 of a drive motor 1, which is a drive source, and a pressure shaft 10, configured to be able to move with a part thereof being in the through-hole 6. The rotary shaft 5 is rotatably supported by the bearing 7, and the piezoelectric type load cell 17 is sandwiched between a preload striker plate 18, through which the pressure shaft 10 passes, and a preload setting striker plate 19, through which the pressure shaft 10 passes with a preload exerted on the load cell 17.

    摘要: In a transport stream distribution system, a transmission rate control unit takes in an IP packet output from an IP transmission processing unit, obtains a TTS to be added to an arbitrary TS packet in the IP packet, and compares the TTS with a time stamp generated internally to determine whether both of them coincide with each other or not. And if they coincide with each other, the system takes in a TTS of the next TS packet, and otherwise, the system obtains a difference between a time indicating the TTS and the time indicating the internally generated time stamp to calculate a transmission rate correction value equivalent to the value of the difference, and issues the calculated correction value to the processing unit to correct a transmission rate.
