摘要: An apparatus of a setting welding device for an auxiliary joining part with a head and a shaft, includes a linear drive fastenable at the setting device and including an element nest at a movable end, in which an auxiliary joining part is releasably receivable from a transfer unit. The element nest is movable by the linear drive in a first direction. The element nest is supported in a floating manner, and is positionable via a mechanical stop alignment in abutment with an electrode punch in the joining direction below the electrode punch. And/or the element nest is connected with the linear drive via a mechanical direction-changing coupling component so that the element nest is movable by the linear drive in a second direction so that the auxiliary joining part is positionable at the joining location, wherein the second direction is not parallel to the first direction.

摘要: Disclosed is a tip separation apparatus of a welding gun, which mechanically separates consumable tips installed at the end of the welding gun in a robot welding machine. The tip separation apparatus includes tip seating stands coupled to a main plate configured to maintain level, and configured such that each of the tip seating stands has a first insertion hole, into which a corresponding one of tips coupled to fingers of the welding gun is inserted, tip separation units rotatably disposed on bottom surfaces of the tip seating stands and configured to press outer circumferential surfaces of the tips inserted into the first insertion holes of the tip seating stands so as to clamp the tips and to rotate the clamped tips so as to separate the tips from the welding gun, and a housing configured to rotatably receive the tip separation units in a state of being elastically supported.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for exchanging electrode tips, e.g., electrode tips used in resistance spot welding, and disposing of used/unusable electrode tips. Used/unusable electrode tips may be collected, e.g., while within an assembly line. Such used/unusable electrode tips may be routed to a receptacle(s) reside outside the assembly line. Accordingly, disposing or removing of the used/unusable electrode tips can be accomplished without stopping the assembly line, and decreasing any chance for safety events.

The guide assembly comprises a guide shaft and a coupling between the guide shaft and the thrust tube, and is configured to provide positional stability for the tool coupling when positioned along the actuator axis by motion of the thrust tube.

摘要: A method for adaptive control of the traveling electrode of a spot welding gun includes causing the traveling electrode of the welding gun to move at a first speed when performing a welding (working) cycle and to switch to a second speed at a point, the coordinate of which is calculated based on the point of contact of the coordinate of the electrode obtained at the configuration cycle performed before the working cycle. The method allows for a reduction in welding cycle time.

摘要: A method for electric welding a workpiece arrangement having at least one workpiece with the aid of a robot arrangement including at least one robot. A rotational movement is carried out between the workpiece arrangement to be welded and at least one welding electrode which contacts the workpiece arrangement. The rotational movement is started as a function of a commanded and/or detected welding start and/or ended as a function of a commanded and/or detected welding end. The direction of rotation of the movement may be changed as a function of a predefined parameter during contact between the welding electrode and the workpiece arrangement.

The receiving portions are configured to have different insertion allowances for the opposing electrodes, respectively, according to the tip shape of each of the pair of opposing electrodes.
