摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide an effective technique for reducing the manufacturing costs of a handle mounted to a power tool. According to the invention, a representative handle may comprise a handle body, a grip, an elastic element and an elastic outer surface member. The grip is hollow-shaped and the handle body is inserted into the grip. The elastic element is disposed between the inner surface of the grip and the outer surface of the handle body to apply a biasing force to the grip upon movement of the grip with respect to the handle body when vibration of the power tool is transmitted from the handle body to the grip. The elastic outer surface member covers the outer surface of the grip. The elastic outer surface member is integrally formed with the elastic element. As a result, the manufacturing costs can be reduced compared with known construction in which the elastic outer surface member and the elastic element are separately formed.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a vibration reducing technique which is effective in obtaining stable vibration reducing effectiveness. A representative vibration isolating handle may include a body, a grip part and an elastic member. The handle body is provided to be attachable to the power tool. The grip part is connected to the handle body such that the grip part can move relatively with respect to the handle body substantially in the same direction at least as vibration of the power tool. The elastic member is provided between the handle body and the grip part. The elastic member applies a biasing force to the grip part when the grip part moves. According to the invention, vibration of the grip part can be reduced by the vibration absorbing function of the elastic member with stability regardless of whether the force of the user gripping the grip part is large or small.

The handle 109 coupled to the tool body 103 is disposed in a predetermined initial position in which the handle 109 longitudinally extends parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tool body 103. The handle 109 can rotate with respect to the tool body 103 around the pivot region 121 in any direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the tool body 103. The elastic element 129 is disposed between the tool body 103 and the handle 109 to apply a biasing force to the handle 109 such that the elastic element 129 biases the handle 109 to return to the initial position.

At least one vibration insulator (71-75) can be disposed between the inner housing and the outer housing and in a manner such that the vibration insulator(s) is(are) protected by the outer housing. An intake opening (60a, 60b) and exhaust opening (64a, 64b) can be formed in the inner housing and can be shielded by respective portions of an inner surface of the outer housing.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a useful technique for reducing vibration of a handgrip and improving the cutting efficiency while achieving weight reduction of a reciprocating power tool. According to the invention, a representative reciprocating power tool is provided to comprise a body, a tool bit, an actuating mechanism, a handgrip. The handgrip and the body can rotate with respect to each other via a pivot in a direction crossing the direction of reciprocating linear motion of the tool bit. An elastic element is disposed between the handgrip and the body and serves to absorb vibration transmitted from the body to the handgrip by elastically receiving the relative rotation of the handgrip and the body. According to the invention, vibration in the handgrip can be reduced and the cutting efficiency can be improved without complicating the construction.
