摘要： A method and system for processing molten slag is characterized in that molten slag is first spread onto a slag receiving means which is substantially made of a steel plate of desired thickness and is tiltably mounted on the floor of a roofed slag processing factory and is subsequently air and water-cooled such that the slag is solidified and finally is water-quenched in a cooling water pit whereby the resulting solidified slag is of practical use which neither collapses nor produces dust.

摘要： A manufacturing method of a support body for pneumatic run-flat tires, which can make the structures of a mold and a vulcanizer simpler. A metallic support portion has three parts including a center portion and outside portions of both sides. A rubber leg portion is vulcanized and formed so as to be integrated to the outside portion. The center portion and the outside portions are coupled by welding or the like. A mold to form and vulcanize the leg portion can therefore be made smaller. Moreover, since the left and right leg portions can be vulcanized and formed by a single mold, the structure of the mold is simpler.

摘要： A method and apparatus for vulcanizing tires are provided. An unvulcanized tire is transferred and loaded onto a lower mold member when a plurality of arcuate sector mold members aligned along the peripheral direction locate at the radially outermost positions as well as upper ends of the sector mold members incline radially outwards about their lower ends. An upper mold member moves toward the lower mold member while the sector mold members are swung about their lower ends to straightly stand the sector mold members, and the sector mold members are then synchronously displaced radially inwards, so that the unvulcanized tire is hermetically enclosed in a mold space formed by these mold members. The unvulcanized tire is vulcanized within the mold space to give a vulcanized tire. The sector mold members are synchronously displaced radially outwards, and swung such that the upper ends incline radially outwards about the lower ends while the upper mold member is moved away from the lower mold member, so as to remove the vulcanized tire out of the mold.
