A laser sensor disposed between the fixed roll and the transfer roll measures the distance between the rolls, and a load sensor measures a pressing force between the rolls. An electronic automatic control device maintains a constant distance and a constant pressing force between the fixed roll and the transfer roll by feedback of detection signals sent from the respective sensors, wherein the servomotor is driven by the electronic automatic control device to adjust the position of the transfer roll.

    摘要: A mine detector is provided for detecting buried land mines safely and promptly. A sensor head (12) is connected to a detector body (1) through hinges (11-1 to 11-4) and arms (12-1 to 12-3). The sensor head (12) includes a transmitting and receiving means for emitting electromagnetic impulses to the ground within a range of detection of land mines. When the transmitting and receiving means receives electromagnetic waves reflected from a land mine, information on the three-dimensional structure of the land mine buried under the ground is generated on the basis of the time of arrival of the reflected wave, the level of the reflected wave and the x and y coordinates of the transmitting and receiving means, and the information is displayed on a display (1). The detector is also applicable to the inspection of steel rods and bars for concrete reinforcement.

    摘要: A dispersing and grinding apparatus comprises a vessel having an inlet for receiving a material to be processed and an outlet for discharging the processed material. A rotor is rotatably disposed within the vessel and positioned relative to the inner wall of the vessel to define therebetween a narrow, annular flow path for the passage therethrough of a mixture of the material and a grinding medium. The rotor has a plurality of axially extending grooves on the periphery thereof for guiding the mixture in the circumferential direction as the rotor rotates. The rotor is separated into a plurality of processing zones in the axial direction thereof, and the grooves in each processing zone are phase shifted in the circumferential direction with respect to the grooves in adjacent processing zones. When the mixture transfers from one processing zone to an adjacent processing zone, the velocity difference of the mixture is adjusted so that the mixture advances, as a whole, at approximately equal velocity through the narrow, annular flow path whereby the material is uniformly ground and dispersed.
