    摘要: A novel micro camera module that is manually adjustable between a close-up mode and an infinite mode includes a lens assembly adjustably mounted within a sleeve that is adjustably mounted into a housing. In a particular embodiment the sleeve includes a channel (cam groove) that is engaged by a plurality of pins fixed to the housing. Further, a biasing member is disposed between the sleeve and the housing such that an upward force will enable the pins to firmly engage the lower portion of the channel. In a more particular embodiment, the channel defines two detents that secure the sleeve into predetermined positions with respect to the housing. In an even more particular embodiment, the channel is sloped such that upon rotation of the sleeve, the distance between the lens assembly and an image capture device is changed. In another particular embodiment, the camera module includes an electrical mode detecting switch that is indicative of the position of the camera module.

The light-receiving unit includes a light-receiving surface and a mounting surface. The mountable surface detecting and repositioning steps detect and reposition the lens unit to make the mountable surface perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens unit. The mounting surface detecting repositioning steps detect and reposition the light-receiving unit to make the mounting surface parallel to the light-receiving surface. The mounting step mounts the light-receiving unit to the lens unit in the manner that the mounting surface parallel to the light-receiving surface is biased against the mountable surface perpendicular to the optical axis.

The piezoelectric element vibrates the vibrated member at a predetermined vibration mode to remove a foreign substance adhered to a surface of the vibrated member. A drive electrode, a first vibration detection electrode and a second vibration detection electrode are provided on a first face of the piezoelectric element, and a ground electrode is provided on a second face of the piezoelectric element. The first vibration detection electrode and the second vibration detection electrode have an axis-symmetrical shape, and are arranged on the first face of piezoelectric element so as to be symmetrical with respect to an axis along which a predetermined vibration node occurs when the vibrated member vibrates at the predetermined vibration mode.

    摘要: A lens tube and a mounting base thereof comprise a lens tube for reception of a lens array and a mounting base for accommodation of an image sensor. On an outer periphery of the lens tube is formed a first conical surface, and in the mounting base is formed a concave portion. A second conical surface is formed in the concave portion for mating with the first conical surface of the lens tube. The first conical surface of the lens tube and the second conical surface of the mounting base can cooperate with each other, so as to prevent dust contamination and to make the central axis aligned with the optical axis.
