摘要： The present invention relates to a segregation reducing agent consisting of curdlan and alkaline materials and a hydraulic composition containing the segragation reducing agent, particularly, the present invention relates to the segregation reducing agent prepared by alkalifying a curdlan-producing fermentation broth per se or a curdlan powder with an alkaline material, and also relates to hydraulic compositions, concrete and mortar, comprising the segregation educing agent. This segregation reducing agent can provide a great segregation reduction effect for hydraulic compositions even at its small amount as well as guarantee the strength, filling ability and fluidity.

Provided is also a process for producing L-carnitine using the microorganism.

摘要： Image sensors and methods of fabricating the same are provided. The image sensor includes a blocking pattern disposed on photodiodes. The blocking pattern is formed of insulation material having a metal diffusion coefficient which is lower than a silicon oxide diffusion coefficient. Therefore, dark defects of the image sensor are reduced. In addition, the image sensor includes a color-ratio control layer. The color ratio control layer controls color ratios between the sensitivities to blue, green and red. As a result, color distinction of the picture that is embodied by the image sensor can be improved.

A unit pixel includes: a photodiode for accumulating photocharges; a floating diffusion region for detecting the photocharges accumulated in the photodiode; a reset element for periodically resetting the floating diffusion region; a drive element for amplifying the photocharges accumulated in the floating diffusion region; a selection element for selecting the unit pixel; and a silicide layer formed on top surfaces of the transfer gate. The photocharges are transferred to the floating diffusion region via a transfer gate.
