摘要： A bellows type water tap which can control the water outflow and consume no electricity, consists essentially of a main valve, a guide pipe, a foot pump, a bellows, one first regulating valve, one second regulating valve, a safety spring, a push rod, an adjusting block, a handle, a needle valve and a diaphragm. When the bellows is inactivated, pressure on above of the diaphragm is higher than the bottom and seals the water outlet and when bellows is expanded, the reaction presses down the needle valve and opens a water passage, lowering the pressure of upper portion of the diaphragm and opening the water outlet for water discharging.

摘要： A transflective liquid crystal display module is provided. The transflective LCD includes a backlight unit for providing a light, an active matrix substrate, an opposite substrate with an internal reflector disposed between the active matrix substrate and the backlight unit, an optical film disposed on the opposite substrate, and a liquid crystal layer filled between the active matrix substrate and the optical film. In the transflective LCD of the present invention, the light provided by the backlight unit is reflected back by the internal reflector such that the light provided by the backlight unit can be recycled. Furthermore, a flat panel display device and an electronic apparatus are also provided.

摘要： A digital signal processor for processing a plurality of digital data in a fixed-point representation or a jumping floating-point representation. The digital signal processor includes a multiplication circuit, an extracting/shifting device, a plurality of representation converters, and an arithmetic unit. The multiplication circuit is used to generate a long bit-length digital data by multiplying two short bit-length digital data with each other. The extracting/shifting device is electrically connected to the multiplication circuit for transforming the long bit-length digital data in jumping floating-point representation to a long bit-length digital data in fixed-point representation. Each representation converter is used to transform a digital data between the fixed-point representation and the jumping floating-point representation. The arithmetic unit is used to operate a plurality of digital data.
