摘要： A permanent magnet electric motor includes a rotor and a stator magnetically coupled to the rotor. The rotor includes a shaft, a rotor core fixed to the shaft and having n teeth, n being an integer, a commutator fixed to the shaft adjacent the rotor core and having m segments, m being an even number less than n. Rotor windings are wound about the teeth and connected to the segments. The stator includes a plurality of permanent magnets surrounding the rotor core and brushes in sliding electrical contact with the commutator.

摘要： A brush motor includes a stator with 2P magnetic poles and a rotor which includes a rotor core, a commutator and windings wound on the rotor core. The rotor core includes N teeth with a slot formed between adjacent teeth. The commutator includes M segments represented by Z1 . . . ZX . . . ZY . . . ZM, wherein M, N, P, Y and X are integers and M is odd and greater than N. Each winding includes a start connected to a segment ZX and an end connected to another segment ZY. Each winding includes at least one coil wound about a corresponding tooth or set of teeth. Some of the windings include a plurality of coils wound on different teeth. The total number of turns of the coils for each winding is substantially the same. A winding unit consisting of a plurality of windings is connected between each pair of adjacent segments. ZX and ZY satisfy the following equation: |Y−X|=(M±1)/P.

摘要： A brushless motor has a stator and a rotor. The stator has a stator core with a plurality of inwardly extending salient poles and windings wound about the salient poles. The rotor has a shaft, a rotor core fixed onto the shaft, and magnets inserted in the rotor core for forming magnetic poles of the rotor. Each of the salient poles has a pole shoe with a pole face that extends along a circumferential direction confronting the rotor core and being spaced from the rotor core by an air gap. In a radial cross section of the motor, each of the magnetic poles of the rotor has an effective dimension (W) which is about 0.85 times to 1.2 times of the chord length (L) of each pole face.

The stator core includes a substantially ring-shaped yoke and a plurality of teeth extending inwards from the yoke. Each coil is wound around the yoke and is partially sandwiched between two adjacent teeth. The impeller is driven by the rotor.
