    摘要: A mobile phone unit is provided in which a characteristic of an antenna is improved and SAR is reduced without lowering an antenna gain during communication. An antenna 26 (electrical length λ/4), an antenna connection conductive member 22 (electrical length λ/4) that is a circuit board connected to the antenna 26, an opposite side conductive member 42 that is a circuit board opposed to the antenna connection conductive member 22, and an electric connection portion 24 that electrically connects an edge portion 222, which is on the opposite side to the antenna 26, of the antenna connection conductive member 22 and an opposite side edge portion 422, which is opposed to the edge portion 222, of the opposite side conductive member 42 (electrical length λ/4) are included. A gain on the opposite side to an LCD side casing 4 becomes large when seen from the antenna 26, and the electric currents are counteracted to be small and consequently a gain becomes small on the side of the LCD side casing 4.

    摘要: A portable wireless communication apparatus capable of attaining a broadband antenna characteristic with a simple structure is that incorporated in a mobile phone having first and second casings foldable through a hinge part and comprises first and second ground conductors respectively incorporated in the first and second casings, and a flexible printed circuit board for connecting the first and second ground conductors. The flexible printed circuit board is of a structure that signal lines for electrically connecting circuits respectively on the first and second ground conductors that are spaced at a prescribed interval are integral, through an insulator, with a conductor line for supplying a high frequency signal to either first or second ground conductor to electrically connect the first and second ground conductors through the conductor line. Then, feeding is effected with an end of a feeder connected to the conductor line.

    摘要: An antenna device and a mobile radio communication terminal adapted for improving the performance of an antenna. The antenna device includes a radio circuit for transmitting and receiving a high-frequency signal, a notch antenna having a feeder, and a notch antenna operating through electromagnetic coupling with the notch antenna, and a substrate independent of the radio circuit with respect to high frequencies. The notch antenna includes a linear slit having a length of λ/4 and cut from one edge of the substrate on the reverse side to the position of the radio circuit. The notch antenna includes a linear slit having a length slightly shorter than λ/4 and cut in parallel with the notch antenna from the same edge thereof at a position spaced apart by a predetermined distance d from the notch antenna.

The shunt circuit includes a first shunt matching circuit causing impedance, viewed from a main path connecting the antenna and a radio frequency circuit, to be substantially infinite with respect to all frequency ranges handled by the antenna, and a second shunt matching circuit providing a predetermined impedance characteristic with respect to a first subset of the frequency ranges handled by the antenna. Each of the first and second shunt matching circuits are selectively connected to the main path, and a selection controller of the antenna device controls selection of which of the first and second shunt matching circuits are connected to the main path.
