摘要： A soldering flux contains a base resin and an activating agent. The soldering flux contains, as the activating agent, an oxygen-containing heterocyclic compound having at least one carboxyl group in a molecule. A solder paste composition contains the abovementioned soldering flux and the solder alloy powder. These enable exhibition of excellent wettability to lead-free metals and plating, irrespective of the type of the metals.

摘要： A soldering flux contains a base resin and an activating agent. The base resin contains a thermoplastic acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of below −50° C. This enables to sufficiently suppress the occurrence of cracks in the flux residue after soldering, under the severe environment where the temperature difference is extremely large. The soldering flux has high reliability and excellent solderability, and is conventional with respect to the load against manufacturing cost and environment.

摘要： A primary object is to provide a scanning method resulting in high speed and correct operation in a coordinate data detecting process. The scanning method for succeedingly selecting sensor coils arranged on a sensor plate in a coordinate data input device comprises an interval scanning operation in which a limited number of the whole sensor coils are selected at a predetermined interval space to detect coordinate data of a pointing device. In one preferable mode, the above described interval scanning operation is repeated until a signal representing the existence of the pointing device is detected, and this interval scanning operation is performed on the respective sensor coil arrays. Each interval space includes one to three sensor coils.

The display control unit first causes a predetermined number of options to be displayed in the display region in such an arrangement that predetermined reference points within the options do not have overlapping coordinates in the direction parallel to the reference axis, and that the options form a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns. Then, the display control unit selects one of the options. When the select key of the operating unit is operated by a user, the one option is changed according to the order of selection in response to the key operation.
