    摘要: The present invention discloses an angiogenesis inhibitor containing as an active ingredient protein-polysaccharides produced by extraction of mycelia or fruit bodies obtained from culture of a Basidiomycete belonging to a genus Coriolus.The protein-polysaccharide contains about 18 to about 38% by weight of protein, being free from protein-polysaccharides having molecular weight of less than 5,000.More in detail, said protein-polysaccharides of the present invention contain 3 to 6% of nitrogen, a polysaccharide portion thereof, as the main fraction, is composed of .beta.-D-glucan and this glucan portion has branched structures containing 1.fwdarw.3, 1.fwdarw.4 and 1.fwdarw.6 bonds, wherein the protein-component amino acids are mostly acidic amino acids of aspartic acid and glutamic acid, and neutral amino acids of valine and leucine, while the basic amino acids of lysine and alginine are small in content, and the protein-polysaccharide is soluble in water but hardly soluble in methanol, pyridine, chloroform, benzene and hexane and starts to be gradually decomposed at about 120.degree. C.

    摘要: To provide a fast video browsing system in which a fast playback suitable for keeping track of the contents can be performed by adaptively determining the number of skipped pictures according to the motion vector of picture, and displaying the picture after the skipped pictures. In step S1, pictures to be fast viewed are sequentially inputted, and in step S2, n pictures are skipped. In step S3, the picture after the n skipped pictures is displayed. In step S4, using the picture before or after the displayed picture with respect to time, a motion vector at one frame interval is detected, and in step S5, the number n of skipped pictures is determined from the motion vector. As a result, the number of skipped pictures can be adaptively determined by the motion vector of a picture.

    摘要: Picture coded data that are obtained by coding at a coding rate R1 that is input via a coded data input terminal 1 are supplied to a variable length decoder. The variable length decoder decodes data for which variable length coding has been performed, and DCT coding information is transmitted to an inverse quantizer. A quantization controller calculates a quantization step that is necessary for re-quantization, and controls a quantizer. The DCT coding information for which the inverse quantization has been performed by the inverse quantizer is recovered into a DCT coefficient. The DCT coefficient is quantized again by a quantizer at quantization step Q that is determined by the quantization controller, and the result is transmitted to a variable length coder. The variable length coder performs variable length coding of the received data at a coding rate R2, and outputs the resultant picture coded data to a coded data output terminal. In this manner, a rate conversion apparatus for picture coded data can be provided that employs simpler means than does the transcoding that provides the same performance as does transcoding.
