摘要: A method of generating common trouble case data for managing a plurality of systems. The method includes (a) obtaining first identifiers of actual system components and a second identifier of a template from a system data storage unit, (b) obtaining third identifiers of definitional system components from a template data storage unit on the basis of the second identifier, (c) selecting, by a computer, a first identifier subset among the first identifiers on the basis of the third identifiers, and (d) selecting, by the computer, a first trouble case data subset among a plurality of first trouble case data pieces on the basis of the first identifier subset to generate the common trouble case data. In the above (c), the first identifiers of the first identifier subset are identical to the third identifiers. In the above (d), the first trouble case data subset includes the first identifier subset.

摘要: An object is to integrate pieces of information related to mutually the same target, though the pieces of information do not contain, in common, an attribute unique to one target. To achieve the object, from a generated condition storage unit storing generated integration conditions each specifying one or more attributes contained, in duplicate, in pieces of information related to mutually the same target, one of the generated integration conditions specifying one or more attributes being the same as one or more attributes contained in integration target information is obtained as a generated integration condition corresponding to the integration target information. A CI 200b containing the attributes specified by the obtained generated integration condition and in which the values of the attributes specified are identical to the values of the attributes contained is determined as a CI related to the same target as the integration target information is related to.

摘要: According to an instruction manual generated by an instruction manual generator, a process log of a practical process performed by a plurality of instruction executers is acquired. A command described in the instruction manual is extracted, and extracted commands are extracted from each process log. The sections of the process logs sectioned by the extracted commands are numbered, and the number of executions of the commands different from the extracted command is counted. When the variance of the number of the executions of a command in a section common in the plurality of process logs is larger than a specified value, the possibility of an unclear description in the corresponding section in the instruction manual is displayed for notification of a different process performed for each instruction executer.

摘要: A time factor feature generation system includes: a use status grasping portion that extracts transition data showing variations in degree of use of a site from log data; a variation data generating portion that generates, based on the transition data, variation data expressing the variations in degree of use of the site as a group Y of values showing the degree of use of the site; a time factor data recording portion in which a plurality of time factors and time factor values of each of the plurality of time factors are recorded; a time factor extracting portion that generates groups Di of time factor values, each of which corresponds to a time factor extracted from among the plurality of time factors; and a time factor feature generating portion 13 that calculates coefficients ai such that a square of an error b has a minimum value in an equation in which the groups Di and the group Y are used as an explaining variable and an explained variable, respectively, thereby to generate data showing a time factor feature of a use status of the site. By this configuration, the time factor feature generation system generates data quantitatively showing a time factor feature of a use status of a site.

摘要: A network system includes a plurality of cloud systems. Each of the plurality of cloud systems includes a plurality of servers. Each of the plurality of servers allows virtual machines to run thereon. A first cloud system of the plurality of cloud systems includes a first generator and a deployer. The first generator generates, on the basis of first performance information regarding one virtual machine and a first predetermined coefficient predetermined for the first cloud system, second performance information regarding the one virtual machine. The first performance information is included in a first augmented image of the one virtual machine. The first augmented image is created in a second cloud system other than the first cloud system. The deployer deploys the one virtual machine on one of the plurality of servers included in the first cloud system on the basis of the generated second performance information.
