摘要: To provide a buckle switch and buckle device wherein a first switch section and a second switch section are unitized to provide improved assembling workability and increased production efficiency.As a tongue plate is inserted to a buckle body to move a slider, a pressing segment 23b of the slider rotates a leaf spring 46 in a direction a and, hence, a depressible portion 44c is depressed to cause a movable member 44 to move in a direction X2. At this time, a stationary contact 71a moves into and is pinched by pinch members 53 of a movable contact 50 disposed on the movable member 44, rendering the switch section SW1 to assume a conductive state. Concurrently, since a magnet M2 is placed in opposition to a magnetic detecting element 61, a second switch section SW2 is switched over. By unitizing the first and second switch sections, assembling workability of a buckle switch 40 to the buckle body can be improved, enabling an increase in production efficiency.

摘要: [Summary][Problem] To provide a buckle switch and buckle device wherein a first switch section and a second switch section are unitized to provide improved assembling workability and increased production efficiency. [Means for Solving Problem] As a tongue plate is inserted to a buckle body to move a slider, a pressing segment 23b of the slider rotates a leaf spring 46 in a direction a and, hence, a depressible portion 44c is depressed to cause a movable member 44 to move in a direction X2. At this time, a stationary contact 71a moves into and is pinched by pinch members 53 of a movable contact 50 disposed on the movable member 44, rendering the switch section SW1 to assume a conductive state. 摘要: A switch-equipped buckle device capable of accurately detecting an attachment-detachment state of a tongue plate by mounting fixed contacts immovably therein. The switch-equipped buckle device has, inside a buckle body, a slide switch that detects a state of attachment of the tongue plate according to the sliding position of an ejector. A slider of the slide switch is integrated with the ejector, and three fixed contacts of the slide switch are integrated with a lower case by insert molding.

摘要: A buckle device includes a switch having a Hall element which outputs a signal in accordance with a magnitude of a magnetic flux density, a magnet which applies a magnetic field to the Hall element, and a shielding plate which is attached to an ejector so as to change the magnitude of the magnetic flux density transmitted from the magnet to the Hall element in accordance with a position of the ejector. The Hall element and the magnet are magnetically shielded by at least a frame and a latch member which are formed of a magnetic material.

摘要: A buckle assembly is provided with a latch plate for latching or unlatching a tongue plate, a holder member arranged movably in response to a movement of the latch plate, slots formed as guide paths in a buckle base, support apertures formed as a cam portion in a holder member, and an auxiliary lock member supported movably in said slots and support apertures for controlling a movement of the latch plate. In response to a movement of the holder member, the support apertures produce cam action in association with the slots such that the auxiliary member is movable between a position, in which the auxiliary lock member restricts the latch plate to a latching position, and another position, in which the auxiliary lock member restricts the latch plate to an unlatching position.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide at low manufacturing cost a clamp-operated retractor including an emergency locking mechanism adapted to lock the rotation of the winding shaft in the webbing pull-out direction in an emergency such as a collision, in which a webbing clamping mechanism is simple in structure, and is able to quickly stop the webbing from being pulled out. In a clamp-operated retractor according to the present invention, control means for moving a clamp 6 to a first position where pulling a webbing is prevented and a second position where pulling the webbing is permitted is composed of: a tension plate 9 which is so arranged as to be rotatable around the same axis as that of a latch plate 4a, and urges a latch cup 13 in a webbing winding direction, and rotatably supports a pawl 11; and a lever member comprising a clamp lever 7 and an outer plate 8 which are supported on side boards 1a in such a manner that the abutting part 8c of the outer plate 8 is engaged with an engaging portion 9d of the tension plate 9 and the slots 7f of the clamp lever 7 are engaged with the shaft of the clamp 6.
