    摘要: A method and apparatus for processing an ultrasound image are provided. The method includes determining similarities between a first two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound image, among 2D ultrasound images of a three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound image, and the 2D ultrasound images. The method further includes generating a predetermined number of similar ultrasound images with respect to the first 2D ultrasound image based on the similarities. The method further includes generating 3D volume data based on the predetermined number of the similar ultrasound images. The method further includes removing noise from the 3D volume data. The method further includes generating another 3D ultrasound image based on the noise-removed 3D volume data.

    摘要: A method of processing an ultrasound image includes generating a plurality of two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound images from three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound volume data of an object to be diagnosed, generating a plurality of tissue edge images of an edge of at least one tissue component in the object to be diagnosed based on values of a plurality of pixels forming each of the 2D ultrasound images generated from the 3D ultrasound volume data, and generating a 2D ultrasound image from which a noise component has been removed by discriminating the edge of the at least one tissue component from a position of the noise component based on a difference between a similarity of the edge of the at least one tissue component in the tissue edge images and a similarity of the noise component in the tissue edge images.

The method includes converting color information of a first color space input to an image display device into color information of a second color space in which a sampled viewing environment of an output object by a printing device has been reflected; selecting a specific color distortion region according to a difference between an actual viewing environment and the sampled viewing environment of the converted second color space, and compensating a color component of the selected specific color distortion region; and converting corrected color information of the second color space which has been created through the compensation into corrected color information of the first color space, and outputting the corrected color information of the first color space through the image display device.

    摘要: A gamut mapping apparatus includes a parameter calculating unit calculating parameters for segmenting a gamut of an output device using gamut information about first and second input color spaces; a gamut segmenting unit segmenting the gamut of the output device into a core gamut and a surround gamut using the parameters; and a gamut mapping unit performing gamut mapping on image data present into the first and second input color spaces to the core gamut and the surround gamut according to a predetermined mapping method. The gamut mapping apparatus and method enable accurate reproduction of image data having components having undergone total internal reflection falling outside the scRGB color space or high chroma components in the scRGB color space.
