An inkjet recording device includes a tray receives a recording medium. A tray guide is movable between a first position and a second position. A first sensor outputs a first signal indicative of the position of the tray guide. A recording portion records an image on the recording medium. A cleaning mechanism cleans the recording portion. A first conveyor portion conveys the tray. A first drive source rotates in a forward direction of rotation and a reverse direction of rotation. A power transmitting portion transmits a force generated by the first drive source to both the cleaning mechanism and the first conveyor portion. A control section drives the first drive source in the forward direction of rotation using a first predetermined amount if the control section determined that the first sensor has detected that the tray guide is not in the second position under the cleaning operation.

The invention provides a planetary gear mechanism achieving a greater reduction gear ratio without increasing the number of teeth of the gears, thereby enabling downsizing. In a planetary gear mechanism 1, a sun gear 91 functioning as an input gear receives smaller load than an internally toothed output gear 45, so gears (second planet gears 95) having a smaller module are connected to the planet gears 93, and the sun gear 91 is in engagement with the second planet gears 95. The sun gear 91 is formed of a same module as the second planet gears 95. The rotation of the sun gear 91 is reduced in speed and transmitted to the second planet gears 95, and rotation of the second planet gears 95 rotated at a reduced speed is further reduced by the slight difference in the numbers of teeth of the ring gear 44 and the internally toothed output gear 45 before being output.

In the case that a lift amount of a second valve body for controlling a small flow rate is equal to or less than a predetermined amount, a pilot passage is closed by a pilot valve body, and a first valve port is closed by a first valve body for controlling a large flow rate, thereby taking a small flow rate control state in which a flow rate is controlled in correspondence to the lift amount of the second valve body, and in the case that the lift amount of the second valve body goes beyond the predetermined amount, the pilot valve body is moved up in conjunction with an upward movement of a valve shaft so as to open the pilot passage, thereby taking a large flow rate control state in which the first valve body opens the first valve port on the basis of this.
