In a conventional multilayer crosshead, only one pressure sensor is disposed in the inlet of the annular passage, preventing monitoring of membrane discontinuities; parison thickness is not constant; as the crosshead body is not cooled and parison temperature is high, a long time is required for cooling during blow molding, preventing the reduction of the molding cycle. A multilayer crosshead according to the present invention includes pressure sensors disposed in at least two positions of the annular passage so that the flow rate is controlled and monitored so as to eliminate the pressure difference between the pressure sensors, and parison temperature is lowered to a greater degree by a cooling jacket with a built-in heater disposed in the crosshead body so that a blow molding cycle is shortened.

In a conventional needle blow nozzle and blow molding apparatus, because a needle portion is formed to have a linear tip, resistance against insertion of the nozzle into a parison is large and only a small-diameter needle blow nozzle can be inserted into the parison. For this reason, it has been difficult to increase an amount of air supplied to the interior of the parison and to shorten the molding cycle. With a needle blow nozzle, an air cooling method and apparatus, a blow molding method and apparatus, and a blow molded product according to the present invention, since a needle portion of the needle blow nozzle is formed into an umbrella-like shape, the tip of the needle portion provides a pointed needle center so that resistance against insertion of the nozzle into a parison is reduced and a large-diameter needle blow nozzle can be employed.

An active noise controller includes a duct (2) of a stainless steel having the shape of a pipe and provided with an opening (1) at a first end thereof, and a loudspeaker (3)connected to a second end of the duct (2). The duct (2) is disposed with its opening (1) located at a distance not greater than half the wavelength of a sound produced by a sound source (4) from the sound source (4) so as to face the sound source (4). A sound produced by the vibration of the vibrating member (5) of the loudspeaker (3) travels from the second end of the duct (2) through the duct (2) to the first end of the same, and the sound is radiated toward the sound source (4). The sound radiated through the opening (1) has a frequency substantially equal to that of an unnecessary sound included in the sound produced by the sound source (4), an amplitude substantially equal to that of the unnecessary sound and a phase substantially opposite to that of the unnecessary sound. The acoustic power of the unnecessary sound can be reduced by the sound produced by the loudspeaker (3), propagated through the duct (2) and radiated toward the sound source (4). The active noise controller is capable of achieving three-dimensional sound suppression with out being affected by heat and vibrations.

A method of producing a heat exchanger comprising abutting a tube made of an aluminum material and fins made of an aluminum material, applying to the resulting abutments a flux containing zinc halide, and thereafter conducting a reaction soldering in an inert gas atmosphere. The assembled tube and fins applied with the flux may be moved into a position to enhance the formation if zinc deposited by the reaction soldering during the drying step of the flux. The heat exchanger produced by this method has a thick and uniform Zn coating at the joints with good mechanical strength and surface conditions.

A method for manufacturing a novel heat exchanging vehicle comprising the steps of forming an inorganic surface layer over a cold rolled, aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet; treating the inorganic surface layer with a phosphoric compound solution; annealing the sheet; and forming the sheet into a predetermined shape. The resulting heat exchanging vehicle such as a fin has a good wettability and a high corrosion resistance to white rust based on the uniformity of the said surface layer.

A composition for brazing aluminum or aluminum alloy characterized in that said composition contains aluminum alloy powder for brazing and thermoplastic acryl-based resin binder which is so volatile as to volatilize before being carbonized at a brazing temperature and said resin binder of 0.1 to 50 parts is used for aluminum alloy powder of 100 parts. When this technological idea was applied to brazing with a brazing material of aluminum alloy powder such as, for example, Al-Si, a preferable result of brazing could be obtained.
